It replaces the original metering device to regulate refrigerant flow into the evaporator, improving system performance when the original valve fails, plugs, or leaks. Supplied with a one-year unlimited-mileage warranty, the kit includes components and reference numbers for quick verification against factory parts.

Which cars will this expansion valve fit?

This valve covers many model years and engine sizes across several brands. It lists compatibility with multiple Cadillac CTS and STS years, Jaguar XF and XJ variants, Lexus ES and RX models, and a wide spread of Toyota Camry, Avalon, Highlander, Sienna and Venza applications. A worn or clogged valve causes poor cooling, fluctuating cabin temperatures, or excessive compressor cycling. Replacing it restores proper refrigerant control so the evaporator can absorb heat efficiently and the cabin reaches set temperatures faster.

Restores stable refrigerant flow for consistent cooling

Prevents evaporator freeze-up or insufficient cooling

Reduces unnecessary compressor on/off cycling and wear

What should I check before ordering this part?

Verify the part using your vehicle’s model year, engine size, and the reference numbers provided in the fitment list.
