The unit accepts a wide range of coil cleaners — acidic, alkaline, disinfectant, or detergent formulas — and produces foam or liquid sprays to lift soils and speed cleaning without manual measuring. Built to attach to a water source and deliver consistent concentrations, the Coil Blaster reduces guesswork, minimizes chemical waste, and keeps jobs moving faster.

How does the Coil Blaster control dilution so I get the right strength every time?

The sprayer features five preset dilution ratios that automatically mix incoming water with your chosen concentrate. You set the desired ratio on the device, pour your cleaner into the bottle, and pulling the hose handle draws water and chemical together at the selected rate for consistent results.

Five dilution options: 1:3, 1:5, 1:6, 1:10, 1:15

Clear ratio selection on the device for quick setup

Automatic mixing eliminates manual measuring errors

Consistent concentrations reduce product waste and rework

Will this work with different types of coil cleaners and chemicals?

The Coil Blaster is built to be chemically compatible with most commercial coil cleaning products. Its design supports acidic and alkaline cleaners as well as disinfectants and detergents, so you can use the brand and formulation recommended for the specific coil surface.

Compatible with acidic (low pH) and alkaline (high pH) formulas

Safe with disinfectants and detergent-based cleaners

Universal connection tolerates a broad range of HVAC chemicals

Foaming wand option enhances dwell time for stubborn grime

How easy is it to operate on a service call or rooftop unit?

Operation is straightforward and optimized for field work: pour solution into the large bottle, choose the dilution, attach to a water source, and pull the hose handle to dispense mixed product. The 2-quart reservoir reduces refills so you spend more time cleaning and less time preparing solution.

Large 2-quart bottle reduces interruptions for refills

Simple controls and quick-change dilution make setup fast

Lightweight, portable design for rooftop or tight-access jobs

Includes foaming wand to increase cleaning coverage when needed

What cleaning results and coverage can I expect from the foaming action?

Foam helps cling to fin and coil surfaces so cleaners dwell longer and lift embedded dirt more effectively than short-contact sprays. It’s especially useful for crews that work with multiple brands of coil chemicals and want to reduce setup time, chemical waste, and on-site measuring. If you routinely clean A/C, refrigeration, or HVAC coils and value consistent dilution, easier foaming, and a larger solution capacity, this sprayer is designed for your workflow.

FAQ

Q: Can I use bleach or strong disinfectants in the Coil Blaster?

A: Yes, the Coil Blaster is compatible with disinfectants and many strong cleaners, but always follow chemical manufacturer instructions and test on a small area first.

Q: How often do I need to refill the bottle on a typical job?

A: The 2-quart bottle reduces refills; actual frequency depends on coil size and dilution ratio, but it lasts longer than standard 1-quart sprayers.

https://redleafauto.ca/products/brodys-coil-blaster-mixing-sprayer-for-hvac-refrigeration-coils-2-quart-pressurized-with-5-dilution-settings
