Shipping policy

Free tracked shipping across Canada

Every RedLeaf Auto order ships free of charge to any address in Canada: all ten provinces, Yukon, the Northwest Territories and Nunavut. There is no minimum order value and no surcharge for remote or rural postal codes.

Processing and delivery times

Business days are Monday to Friday excluding statutory holidays. Orders placed after 2 pm Eastern, or on a weekend, start processing the next business day. During peak periods (late November to Christmas) allow an extra two to three business days. Winter weather can delay carriers in some regions; the tracking link shows the current status.

Tracking

You receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. If the tracking has not updated for three business days, email redleafauto.ca@gmail.com with your order number and we will chase the carrier for you.

Multiple parcels

Larger orders, or orders containing items from more than one of our suppliers, may arrive in separate parcels on different days. Each parcel carries its own tracking link and you are never charged extra for split delivery.

Taxes and fees

Prices are in Canadian dollars. GST, HST, PST or QST is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and is the only amount added to the price. If a carrier ever asks you to pay a fee on delivery, do not pay it: email us with a photo of the notice and we will resolve it directly with the carrier or refund you.

Missed deliveries

Carriers leave a card or send a text with redelivery or pickup options. Parcels returned to us as undeliverable after the carrier’s attempts are refunded in full once they arrive back; we do not deduct a fee.

Damaged or missing items

If a parcel arrives damaged, or an item is missing, photograph the packaging and contents and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We send a replacement or a full refund; you will not be asked to claim from the carrier yourself.

Address errors

Please check the shipping address at checkout. If you spot an error, email us immediately; we can amend the address until the order ships. Orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer cannot be refunded until the parcel is recovered.

Outside Canada

RedLeaf Auto currently ships to Canadian addresses only.
