A-Premium L4 Exhaust Manifold Kit for Chrysler Dodge Jeep – Cast Iron, Complete with Gaskets & Hardware (2007–2020)

A-Premium's L4 exhaust manifold kit is a complete, cast-iron direct-replacement assembly that restores proper exhaust flow and seals for compatible Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep 4-cylinder engines.

This A-Premium kit includes the exhaust manifold, two gaskets, a heat shield and a full set of bolts, nuts and washers to simplify installation. Built from durable cast iron, the manifold resists extreme temperature swings, corrosion and warping so it performs like the original equipment part. Fitment covers a wide range of 4-cylinder vehicles from model years 2007–2020; reference numbers include 674-985, 674985 and 4693321AD for cross-checking.

Will this manifold physically fit my vehicle?

The kit is designed as a direct replacement for specific 4-cylinder Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep models. Confirm compatibility by cross-referencing your make, model and engine size (examples listed below) with the provided reference numbers before ordering.

• Compatible models include Chrysler Sebring (2007–2010 L4 2.4L), Chrysler 200 (2011–2014 L4 2.4L).
• Dodge fitments include Avenger (2008–2014 L4 2.4L) and Caliber variants (2007–2012 L4 1.8L/2.0L/2.4L).
• Journeys (2009–2020 L4 2.4L) and Jeep Compass/Patriot (2007–2017 L4 2.0L/2.4L) are covered.
• Use part references 674-985, 674985 or 4693321AD to verify fitment against your VIN or parts database.

What materials and components come with the kit?

The manifold and included heat shield are cast iron for dimensional stability and long-term resistance to heat and corrosion. The package contains all hardware needed for a typical installation so you won’t have to source extra fasteners.

• One cast-iron exhaust manifold with integrated oval ports.
• Two exhaust gaskets engineered to match flange geometry for a proper seal.
• Full hardware set: 12 bolts, 4 nuts and 8 washers to secure flange and shield.
• Strong packaging to protect the part during shipping and handling.

How does this part affect durability and engine performance?

Replacing a cracked or warped manifold restores exhaust routing and improves the seal to the cylinder head, reducing leaks that can affect engine efficiency and noise. Cast iron construction minimizes warpage under thermal cycling and delivers longer service life compared with thinner stamped parts.

• Cast iron resists high-temperature fatigue and corrosion for reliable long-term use.
• Proper gasket mating reduces exhaust leaks and potential backpressure issues.
• Heat shield included to protect adjacent components and reduce radiant heat transfer.
• Direct-replacement design preserves factory alignment and mounting points.

What warranty or support does A-Premium provide?

A-Premium backs this exhaust manifold kit with a one-year unlimited-mileage guarantee to cover manufacturing defects. Their broad accessory catalog and customer support make sourcing matching components and replacement parts straightforward.

• One-year unlimited-mileage warranty on the manifold assembly.
• Available cross-reference numbers for easier parts look-up and verification.
• Packaged and shipped in a reinforced box to minimize transit damage.
