AC-DK 12V 2000 lb ATV/UTV Electric Winch — 50' Dyneema Rope, Wired Yellow Remote

This compact winch is built for riders and small-vehicle owners who need reliable, lightweight pulling power without the bulk of a heavy-duty truck winch. The AC-DK kit combines a 0.82 kW (1.1 hp) permanent magnet motor with a high-ratio planetary geartrain and a 3/16" x 50' Dyneema rope so you get steady performance on trail recoveries, trailer pulls, and light towing around the yard or campsite. The kit includes a mounting plate sized to common ATV patterns and a bright yellow wired remote for safe, controlled operation.

How strong and fast is this winch for everyday ATV use?

The winch is rated to pull up to 2,000 pounds, making it suitable for most ATV/UTV recovery needs and light towing tasks. Gear reduction and motor power are tuned to provide reliable torque under load while maintaining reasonable line speed when unloaded.

• Rated capacity: 2,000 lb (working pull)
• Motor: 0.82 kW / 1.1 hp permanent magnet DC motor
• Gear ratio: 153:1 combined planetary system for steady torque
• Speeds: ~2.9 ft/min fully loaded, ~10.5 ft/min no load

What makes the Dyneema synthetic rope a better choice than steel?

Dyneema synthetic line is lightweight, floats, and resists water damage—qualities that reduce maintenance and increase safety compared with steel cable. It won’t store as much kinetic energy as a steel cable, lowering risks if the line suddenly parts.

• Rope size: 3/16" diameter by 50' length
• Material: Dyneema — strong, water-resistant, floats on water
• Safety: reduced snapback risk compared with steel cable
• Durability: resists rot and corrosion in wet conditions

How easy is installation and operation on my ATV or UTV?

AC-DK supplies standard mounting dimensions and a mounting plate so the winch fits many common ATV/UTV brackets. Electrical hookup is straightforward: the included wired remote connects to the winch terminals and to the vehicle battery; minimum cold starting current is low, simplifying integration with most 12V systems.

• Fairlead mount pattern: 4 1/4" (108 mm)
• Mounting plate hole spacing: 3.10" (78 mm) / 3.00" (76 mm)
• Remote: large yellow wired handle for clear, safe control
• Electrical: minimum cold-start current ~10 A for easier installs

What support and warranty come with the winch?

Each AC-DK winch ships with a one-year quality warranty and ongoing lifetime technical support. The brand promises timely responses to service inquiries so you can get back on the trail quickly if issues arise.

• Warranty: 1 year product coverage
• Support: lifetime technical assistance with fast response
• Customer care: AC-DK aims to resolve problems within 12 hours
