ACROPIX Electric Fan Control Module Relay for VW Beetle Golf Jetta Audi TT — OE 1J0919506K Pack of 1, Direct-fit

ACROPIX Electric Cooling Fan Control Module Relay (OE 1J0919506K) is a direct-fit replacement that restores precise radiator fan control for compatible Volkswagen and Audi models.

This ACROPIX control module is engineered to substitute the original fan relay assembly on select Volkswagen Beetle, Golf, Jetta and Audi TT models from the early 2000s. Built with corrosion-resistant materials and alloy conductors, the unit is designed to tolerate high and low under-hood temperatures while delivering reliable electrical connections and accurate fan speed control. The pack includes one radiator fan control module that installs by plugging into the factory wiring harness for a straightforward swap.

Will this module fit my vehicle and how do I confirm compatibility?

Check the listed model years and OE number against your vehicle’s part label before ordering. This ACROPIX module is intended for specific Volkswagen and Audi models; matching the OE number 1J0919506K is the most reliable way to ensure fitment.

• Fits models: VW Beetle (2000–2010), Beetle Convertible (2003–2010)
• Also fits: VW Golf and GTI (2000–2006), Jetta (2000–2005), Jetta GLI (2002–2005), Jetta Wagon (2001–2005)
• Compatible Audi: TT Base and Quattro (2000–2006), including special editions
• Confirm by OE part number: 1J0919506K printed on original module

How does this fan control module improve cooling system performance?

The ACROPIX relay controls radiator fan speeds precisely so the cooling system responds promptly to engine temperature and A/C load. Better electrical conductance and accurate switching reduce erratic fan behavior, helping maintain stable under-hood temperatures during city and highway driving.

• Alloy conductors reduce electrical resistance for consistent fan speeds
• Corrosion-resistant housing protects long-term performance
• Stable switching prevents unnecessary fan cycling and noise
• Designed to operate across broad temperature ranges

Is installation difficult and what tools or steps are required?

Installation is plug-and-play for most users with basic mechanical experience: unplug the old module, remove mounting fasteners if present, and connect the ACROPIX unit to the factory harness. No complex programming is required; however, a quick visual inspection of connectors and mounting points is recommended before finalizing the replacement.

• Simple plug-in connector matches factory harness
• May require basic hand tools to access mounting location
• Verify connector pins are clean and secure before installation
• No ECU reprogramming typically needed for direct-fit swaps

What are the construction and durability features of this relay?

ACROPIX builds the module from robust materials designed to resist deformation, corrosion, and thermal stress under engine-bay conditions. These mechanical and electrical design choices aim to extend service life and maintain consistent fan operation over time.

• Durable polymer housing resists heat and chemicals
• Alloy conductors minimize wear and electrical losses
• Sealed mating surfaces reduce moisture intrusion risk
• Manufactured to meet OEM-style fit and connector layout

Who is this for: The ACROPIX radiator fan control module is intended for owners and independent mechanics who need a reliable, direct-replacement relay for compatible Volkswagen Beetle, Beetle Convertible, Golf, GTI, Jetta variants and Audi TT models from the 2000–2006/2010 era. Choose this unit if your vehicle shows signs of inconsistent fan operation, engine overheating warnings related to cooling fans, or if diagnostics identify a failed fan relay (OE 1J0919506K). For peace of mind, confirm fitment by matching your vehicle’s model year and the OE part number before purchase.

Package includes: 1 x ACROPIX radiator fan control module (OE reference 1J0919506K).
