ACTECMAX A/C Compressor Manifold Seal Kit — 3 Color‑Coded Sealing Washers (33.2/29.9mm) for Leak‑Free A/C Connections

ACTECMAX A/C Compressor Manifold Seal Kit is a ready-to-install set of color-coded sealing washers engineered to restore leak-free connections on automotive A/C compressor manifolds.

If your vehicle’s air conditioning shows signs of refrigerant leakage at the compressor ports, this kit supplies the precise compression washers needed to reseal those joints. The set replaces common OEM part numbers such as 2724887, 15-20058, and 24342, and includes three differently sized, color-coded washers so you can match the exact fit for your compressor service ports. These are manufactured to standard dimensions to help ensure a tight, durable seal under typical automotive A/C system pressures.

Which compressor ports do these sealing washers fit?

The kit contains three distinct sealing washers sized for typical compressor manifold fittings to match service port geometries found on many vehicles. Each washer is color-coded for quick identification and sized by outer diameter, inner diameter and thickness to match OEM specifications for a correct fit.

• Yellow washer — 33.2 × 15.5 × 3 mm (outer × inner × thick)
• Green washer — 29.9 × 15.5 × 5.5 mm
• Red washer — 33.2 × 15.5 × 3.8 mm
• Replaces OEM numbers 2724887, 15-20058, 24342 for many compressor designs

How do I choose the right washer from the kit?

Select the washer that matches the compressor’s port inner and outer diameters and required thickness; the color coding speeds identification. When in doubt, compare the removed washer to the kit pieces or measure the compressor boss to confirm the right combination.

• Measure port O.D. and I.D. or compare to removed washer
• Use yellow for 33.2mm O.D. / 3mm thick profiles
• Use green where a thicker 5.5mm seal is required
• Use red for intermediate 3.8mm thickness applications

What tools and steps are needed for replacement?

Replacing compressor manifold sealing washers is a straightforward service for anyone comfortable with A/C system maintenance and basic hand tools. Always recover refrigerant safely before opening lines, then remove the connector, swap the washer, and torque fittings to manufacturer specs for a leak-free result.

• Recover refrigerant with proper A/C recovery equipment
• Use basic hand tools to remove the compressor line fitting
• Replace old washer with matching color-coded piece from the kit
• Tighten to manufacturer torque and pressure-test for leaks

Will these washers work long-term under A/C pressure and temperature?

These washers are designed to withstand the normal pressure and temperature cycles of automotive A/C systems when installed correctly. Proper seating and correct thickness selection are key to long-term sealing; always verify the fitting and retest the system after service.

• Color-coded sizes help ensure correct thickness for proper compression
• Manufactured to match common OEM dimensional standards
• Intended for use in typical automotive A/C pressure ranges
• Replace any damaged or deformed washers during service for best results

Who is this for: Technicians, DIYers and fleet maintenance teams who service automotive A/C compressors and need a compact, accurate replacement set of sealing washers. The ACTECMAX kit suits routine compressor line repairs where re-sealing the compressor manifold prevents refrigerant loss and restores system integrity. If you handle A/C line disassembly and reassembly and want a simple color-coded way to match OEM seals, this kit is a practical, cost-effective choice.
