Adam's Polishes VRT Combo Vinyl, Rubber & Plastic Dressing — SiO2 Water-Based, Non-Greasy Satin Finish

Adam's Polishes VRT Combo is a SiO2-infused, water-based dressing that restores and protects tires, vinyl, rubber and exterior trim with a long-lasting, non-greasy satin finish.

Bring back factory-fresh appearance to your vehicle’s exterior rubber, vinyl and plastic without greasy residue or sling. Adam’s VRT uses silica polymer (SiO2) plus UV protection in a cream-like, water-based formula that adheres to surfaces, repels water, and leaves a satin sheen rather than an oily gloss. It’s designed for everyday owners and detailing pros who want durable results and easy application on cars, trucks, SUVs, RVs and more.

How does VRT restore faded trim and rubber?

VRT replenishes color and fills microscopic surface voids using silica polymers that bond to substrates, improving visual depth without relying on heavy silicones or waxes that can dry plastics over time. The cream texture allows even coverage and good penetration on porous, textured surfaces.

• SiO2-infused formula lifts and evens faded coloration
• Creamy consistency spreads uniformly for full coverage
• Water-based ingredients reduce long-term drying of plastics

Will this product sling onto paint and how long does it last?

Adam’s VRT is formulated to dry to a satin, low-sling finish, minimizing fling when tires rotate. Because it bonds with silica polymers and includes UV protection, it resists washing off and keeps treated surfaces better protected than many solvent or silicone dressings.

• Dries flat to reduce sling and overspray onto paint
• Durable wear thanks to SiO2 bonding and water repellency
• Works well through light rain and regular washes

Is this dressing safe for different materials and vehicle types?

VRT is formulated specifically for vinyl, rubber, tires and exterior trim and avoids heavy silicones and waxes that can cause issues on those surfaces. It’s suitable for all vehicle types including daily drivers, off-road trucks and RVs when applied according to directions.

• Safe on vinyl dashboards, exterior trim, tire sidewalls and rubber seals
• Water-based, non-oily formulation reduces risk of staining nearby surfaces
• Appropriate for cars, trucks, SUVs, motorcycles and RVs

How do I apply Adam's VRT for the best results?

Clean the surface first to remove dirt and old dressings; apply a small amount of VRT with an applicator pad or microfiber, spread evenly, and allow it to cure briefly. Wipe away any excess on painted areas and let the treated rubber or trim sit to fully bond for longer durability.

• Start with a clean, dry surface—remove previous dressings and grime
• Use an applicator pad or microfiber towel for even distribution
• Work in small sections, remove excess from adjacent painted parts

Who is this for? Adam’s Polishes VRT Combo is aimed at car enthusiasts, DIY detailers and professional detail shops who want a modern, water-based solution for restoring and protecting exterior rubber, vinyl and trim. If you prefer durable, low-sling results with a natural satin look rather than a high-gloss, oily finish, this dressing delivers easy application, UV protection and improved water repellency for everyday use and seasonal maintenance.
