Alemite 500-E Lever-Action Grease Gun with 18" Flexible Hose — 16 oz Capacity, 10,000 psi Die-Cast Head

The Alemite 500-E is a professional lever-action grease gun that delivers up to 10,000 psi through an 18" flexible hose for precise lubrication of vehicles and industrial equipment.

Built for mechanics, technicians, and maintenance crews, the Alemite 500-E combines a rugged die-cast aluminum head, three loading methods, and a comfortable vinyl grip to make targeted greasing faster and more consistent. Its 16 oz (also compatible with 24 oz capacity arrangements) cylinder and 1 oz per 21-stroke displacement provide reliable control in tight or high-pressure applications. Included accessories — an 18" whip hose, coupler, and loader fitting — let you reach recessed fittings without improvisation.

How does the 500-E handle high-pressure lubrication tasks?

The 500-E generates pressures up to 10,000 psi, giving enough force to push thick greases into restricted fittings and sealed bearings. The lever mechanism provides steady, repeatable volume output so you can complete repetitive greasing tasks with consistent results.

• Maximum pressure: up to 10,000 psi for heavy-duty applications
• Dispensing rate: approximately 1 oz per 21 lever strokes for predictable dosing
• Bleeder valve reduces cylinder overpressure for safer operation

What loading and refilling options are available?

The 500-E supports three convenient loading methods: standard 14 oz grease cartridges, suction-fill from bulk containers, or rapid refill using an Alemite loader pump. Those options let shops and field techs choose the fastest or cleanest method for their workflow and the grease they prefer.

• Cartridge loading: quick swap with 14 oz cartridges
• Suction loading: draw directly from bulk tubs for economy
• Loader pump compatible: fast refill when high throughput is needed

How easy is the 500-E to handle and reach tight fittings?

Weighing down to a lightweight package thanks to the die-cast aluminum head, the 500-E is easier to hold during long jobs. The included 18" flexible whip hose and threaded coupler let you access recessed or awkward grease fittings without straining or disassembling nearby components.

• Die-cast aluminum head: durable yet lightweight for longer use
• 18" flexible hose: reaches recessed or angled fittings
• Vinyl-covered lower lever: improved grip and comfort during repetitive strokes

What safety and maintenance features should I expect?

The grease gun includes a bleeder valve to release trapped pressure in the cylinder before disassembly or storage, helping prevent accidental discharge. Simple mechanical construction means routine inspection and basic cleaning keep performance consistent over time.

• Bleeder valve prevents excessive cylinder pressure buildup
• Die-cast construction resists corrosion and wear in workshop environments
• Field-serviceable design for basic maintenance and longevity

Who is this for? The Alemite 500-E is aimed at professional mechanics, fleet maintenance teams, construction and agricultural operators, and aviation ground crews who need a dependable, hand-operated grease gun that balances pressure capability, reach, and loading flexibility. If you require precise grease delivery to standard fittings, frequent on-site lubrication, or a durable tool for heavy-duty equipment, the 500-E is engineered to be a dependable part of your toolkit.
