AMPULLA Garage Wall Protector Car Door Protectors – 2-Pack Ultra-Thick Foam Strips 79" x 8", Waterproof Impact-Absorbing

AMPULLA Garage Wall Protector is a set of two ultra-thick foam bumper strips designed to shield car doors and garage walls from dings, scratches, and scuffs.

If you park in a tight garage or shared parking space, small collisions between a swinging car door and a wall can leave costly marks. These AMPULLA foam wall protectors are engineered to absorb impact, resist water and dirt, and mount easily so you can stop worrying about chips or paint damage. They combine a dense, odorless material with a textured, easy-clean surface and a length that you can trim to fit irregular spaces.

How does this protector reduce door dings and wall damage?

The ultra-thick foam creates a cushioned barrier that disperses the force of a closing or opening door before it reaches metal or drywall. Compared with single-layer bumpers, the doubled thickness provides noticeably more impact absorption without being bulky. The textured waterproof face also prevents paint abrasion and is simple to wipe down after contact.

• 1/4" high-density foam gives enhanced shock absorption.
• Diamond-pattern surface reduces sliding abrasion.
• Waterproof and easy-to-clean finish keeps the surface looking new.
• Two-piece set protects both sides of a parked car.

Will these strips fit my garage and how easy are they to install?

Each strip measures 79" long by 8" high and can be trimmed with a utility knife to match your wall height or spacing. The lightweight foam mounts quickly and stays in place on a variety of surfaces; it’s suitable for masonry, wood studs, concrete, and finished drywall when installed correctly. Because you get a pair, you can place them opposite one another or use them where the door is most likely to contact the wall.

• Cut-to-size strips adapt to irregular wall heights and corners.
• Works on most garage wall types when secured properly.
• Set of two covers both sides of a parked vehicle for symmetrical protection.

What materials are used and are they safe for indoor garages?

The protectors use a high-density, odorless foam core with an eco-conscious certification, designed to be gentle on car finishes while resisting mildew or moisture. The outer face features a groove-and-ridge texture that sheds water and prevents staining from trapped dirt. Because the material has RoHS authentication, it meets common environmental standards for safer indoor use.

• Odorless high-density foam minimizes chemical smells.
• RoHS-certified materials for environmental compliance.
• Surface texture channels away water and limits grime build-up.

How durable and low-maintenance are AMPULLA wall bumpers?

These strips are built to stand up to daily use: the density resists permanent compression and the waterproof face wipes clean with a damp cloth. The diamond texture hides small scuffs and the grooves help water run off, preventing long-term staining. If a section receives heavy damage, you can trim and replace only that portion rather than the whole strip.

• Waterproof finish for simple cleaning and longevity.
• Dense foam resists lasting indentations from repeated impacts.
• Modular design allows cutting and partial replacement as needed.

Who is this for: AMPULLA Garage Wall Protectors are ideal for homeowners with narrow garages, renters who want a noninvasive way to avoid repair costs, and anyone who stores multiple vehicles or frequently opens car doors in tight spaces. They suit DIY installers who need a customizable, low-odor solution that offers more cushioning than thinner alternatives, and for people seeking an environmentally conscious material option that stays easy to maintain.
