ASTAMOTOR House Floor Jack Posts 6-Pack, 11"–16" Adjustable Galvanized Screwjacks for Leveling (6 Ton)

ASTAMOTOR 6-pack house floor jacks are adjustable galvanized steel support posts that provide temporary or supplemental bearing for leveling and stabilizing floor beams between 11" and 16" with a total 6-ton capacity.

Designed for contractors, DIYers and homeowners tackling floor repairs, deck lifts, porch reinforcement or crawl-space projects, these screw-style jack posts let you fine-tune support quickly and lock the position securely. Each post has a compact footprint, zinc-plated finish to resist corrosion, and a threaded top plate that swivels into place, making installation fast even in tight spaces.

How do these jacks make leveling floor beams easier?

The threaded design allows precise height adjustments to bring beams and joists to the correct elevation. Once the top plate is aligned, the positioning nut secures the setting so the post holds its load during shimming or permanent repairs.

• 11"–16" working adjustment range for incremental lifting
• Swiveling top plate conforms to uneven bearing surfaces
• Positioning nut locks the chosen height without slipping
• Compact base fits into crawl spaces and tight spots

What load capacity and dimensions should I expect from one pack?

This set provides a combined capacity of roughly 6 tons when all six posts are placed and loaded as directed. Individual component sizes are designed for stable contact with beams and floors while remaining compact for installation.

• Total rated capacity: 13,200 lbs (6 tons) across the pack
• Base plate: 5" x 5" x 0.19" with 0.5" hole for anchoring if needed
• Top plate: 3" x 3" x 0.19" with swivel action for better seat
• Adjustable travel approximately 11.6" to 16.1" to match joist clearances

How simple is installation and removal during a job?

Installation is straightforward: hold the base steady, rotate the top plate into position, then tighten the nut to secure the height. One person can set or remove a post in seconds, making these practical for temporary support or staged work.

• No specialized tools required beyond a standard wrench
• Threaded adjustment allows fine height control without jacking mechanisms
• Lightweight enough for single-person handling yet heavy-duty in function
• Galvanized finish reduces surface rust during storage and use

What maintenance and warranty details are included?

The zinc plating protects against typical jobsite moisture and corrosion; occasional light cleaning and dry storage extend service life. ASTAMOTOR backs the product with a one-year warranty and customer support for questions or concerns.

• Galvanized steel resists corrosion on exposed surfaces
• Wipe off debris and lubricate threads if operation becomes stiff
• One-year manufacturer warranty with direct support via message
• Spare parts or replacements available through ASTAMOTOR customer service
