The AUCERAMIC Timing Cover Gasket Set is a complete replacement gasket kit engineered to reseal the timing cover on select 3.2L and 3.6L Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram and VW engines to help stop oil leaks and restore factory-style sealing.

This timing cover gasket set from AUCERAMIC is designed for a wide range of 2011–2020 vehicles that came equipped with 3.2L or 3.6L Pentastar and related engines. The kit contains the necessary gaskets and sealing components to close the clearance between the timing cover and engine block, matching or exceeding OEM material standards so you can perform a confident repair. Before ordering, confirm the listed part numbers and vehicle fitment against your VIN to ensure correct compatibility.

• Package contents: 1 full engine timing cover gasket set — gaskets and seals needed for the timing cover-to-block interface.
• Cross-reference part numbers: TC1169, TCS46162, TC29542, 68079589AA, 151039101.

How does the AUCERAMIC kit compare to OEM parts?

Materials in this AUCERAMIC gasket set are selected to meet or exceed original equipment specifications, focusing on sealing performance and durability. That means the gaskets should resist oil permeation and wear similarly to factory parts while offering value in price and availability.

• Manufactured from durable sealing elastomers and gasket composites that align with OEM tolerance expectations.
• Engineered to reduce friction where applicable and withstand typical engine temperatures and fluids.
• Helps lower the likelihood of repeat leaks and reduces the need for premature follow-up repairs when installed correctly.

Is installation straightforward and what should I check before installing?

Installation requires standard mechanical skill and tools to remove the timing cover, clean mating surfaces, and fit the new gaskets. Carefully inspect the timing cover and block for warpage or damage; replace any additional fasteners, seals, or components that show wear.

• Prepare by cleaning old gasket material and oil residues from mating surfaces for a proper seal.
• Verify torque specs and tightening sequence per factory service manual to avoid distortion or leaks.
• Confirm part number compatibility with your VIN and engine code before beginning work.
