Aussio RV Sink Drain Kit with 25" Hose and ABS Evacuation Flange — Flexible, Chemical-Resistant Trap

A complete, flexible RV sink drain kit with a 25-inch hose and ABS evacuation flange that fits standard 1½" drains for reliable gray-water evacuation in campers and outdoor kitchens.

This Aussio drain kit is built for compact living spaces where straightforward, durable plumbing matters. It combines a universal white evacuation flange and cap, a chemical-resistant polymer trap, and a 25" flexible hose to make replacement or new installs fast and tidy. The components are designed to resist detergents and gray water exposure while offering routing options under tight galley sinks in RVs, trailers, and outdoor kitchen builds.

How does this kit fit typical RV sink setups?

The Aussio kit is made to accept a 1½"–11½ threaded drain fitting, matching the majority of RV and marine sink drains. Its evacuation flange sits where a holding-tank inlet would normally be, letting you direct gray water through the provided hose without extra adapters in most cases.

• Works with standard 1½" threaded sink drain fittings
• Evacuation flange replaces common through-deck caps
• Includes universal cap for secure closure when not in use
• Compatible with single-sink systems and small galley sinks

What are the durability and chemical-resistance features?

The drain trap uses a resilient polymer that tolerates common RV detergents and gray water exposure without cracking or softening. The ABS evacuation flange and cap are engineered to withstand sunlight and repeated handling, so the finish and fit remain dependable over time.

• Chemical-defiant polymer trap resists detergents and oils
• Sturdy ABS flange and cap reduce wear from handling
• Materials chosen to limit degradation in RV environments
• Seals and joints designed to minimize leaks and drips

How easy is installation for a DIYer or technician?

Installation is straightforward and intended for quick DIY replacement or retrofit projects. The kit ships with the necessary hose and components to complete a single-sink drain line using common household tools, reducing time under the sink and eliminating complex plumbing changes.

• Fast-fit components save installation time
• No specialized tools typically required—just hand tools
• Flexible hose simplifies routing in tight spaces
• Works well for repairs or full drain system replacements

What size and routing options does the included hose offer?

The kit includes a 25" length of 3/4" ID flexible hose that provides enough slack for common under-sink layouts while being compact enough to tuck away. Its flexibility helps avoid sharp bends that can trap debris, and the inner diameter supports smooth wastewater flow for single-sink applications.

• 25-inch hose length for versatile placement
• 3/4-inch inner diameter balances flow and space needs
• Flexible material resists kinks and simplifies routing
• Helps reduce clogging by enabling gradual flow paths

Who is this for? The Aussio Flexible RV Sink Drain Kit is ideal for RV owners, camper converters, and outdoor-kitchen builders who need a reliable, easy-to-install gray-water solution without holding-tank plumbing. It’s suited to anyone replacing an aging drain system, fitting a new galley sink in a trailer, or adding a temporary or permanent evacuation point in compact recreational spaces. If you want a durable, universal-fit drain assembly that minimizes fuss and maximizes routing flexibility under tight sinks, this kit was designed for that purpose.
