AVID POWER Car Rotary Buffer Polisher 1200W 6-Speed (4×6" Pads) — High-Torque, Low-Vibration Kit

The AVID POWER Car Rotary Buffer Polisher is a 1200W, six-speed rotary polisher kit designed to deliver professional-grade polishing, waxing, and paint correction with a balanced motor and a full accessory set for immediate use.

This corded rotary polisher pairs a high-torque 1200W copper motor with an adjustable 6-speed control (1000–3500 RPM) to tackle everything from light waxing to deeper paint correction. Built with precision shaft alignment and optimized airflow, it minimizes vibration and heat so you can work steadily. The kit includes polishing pads, wool bonnet, sanding papers and multiple backing discs and handles so you can start on cars, boats, furniture, and metal surfaces right away.

How does this polisher manage different paint tasks?

The six-speed dial lets you match rotation to the task — lower RPMs for waxing and gentle polishing, higher RPMs for cutting and heavier compound work. Its pure copper motor maintains torque under load so speed stays consistent when pressure varies. The quick-change Velcro backing system simplifies swapping pads between steps for efficient multi-stage jobs.

• Speed range: 1000–3500 RPM for waxing, polishing and correction
• Balanced motor shaft reduces wobble for even pad contact
• Velcro backing disc for fast pad changes
• Includes foam, wool and sanding paper accessories for multi-step polishing

Will it stay cool and stable during extended use?

Yes — the tool uses heat-resistant copper components and an airflow-optimized housing to disperse heat and protect the motor during longer sessions. Precision alignment of the motor shaft and quality bearings limit vibration, so the unit runs smoothly and reduces user fatigue. That stability helps produce consistent finishes across larger body panels.

• Heat-resistant copper motor with optimized ventilation
• Precision shaft alignment for minimal vibration
• Engineered for 2+ hours of continuous, reliable operation
• Rubberized housing for better grip and control

What accessories are included and how do they expand what I can do?

The kit arrives with enough consumables and attachments to start a multi-stage polishing job right away. You get four 6” polishing pads, a 7” wool buffing bonnet, two backing discs (6” and 7”), ten sanding papers, a detachable D-handle, a side handle, a hex wrench and a manual. Those accessories cover compounding, polishing, finishing and light sanding on different materials.

• 4× 6" polishing pads plus 7" wool bonnet for varying cut and finish
• 6" and 7" backing discs and Velcro attachment
• 10 sanding papers for defect removal and prep work
• Three grip positions (D-handle, side handle, front cover) for control
