Aynaxcol KN116 Oil Filter 10-Pack Compatible with Honda TRX450R CRF250/450 — 41mm OD, 36mm H

Aynaxcol KN116 oil filter 10-pack is a direct-fit aftermarket replacement for Honda and compatible ATV and dirt bike models, engineered to match OE dimensions and provide reliable oil filtration.

If you maintain a TRX450R, CRF250/450 series, or similar Honda/Husqvarna machines, keeping spare oil filters on hand prevents downtime and helps protect your engine during routine service. This 10-pack replaces part numbers KN116 and HF116 and is built to the original outside diameter and height specifications so it fits like the factory unit while delivering extended service life compared with comparable filters.

Will this filter fit my Honda or Husqvarna model?

Yes — the Aynaxcol KN116 is designed as a direct replacement for many Honda and Husqvarna ATVs and dirt bikes that list KN116 or HF116 as the service part. Always double-check your machine’s owner manual or the existing filter’s part number to confirm compatibility before ordering.

• Replaces part numbers: KN116, HF116.
• Common fits include Honda TRX450R and CRF250X/450X/250R/450R models.
• Also compatible with select Husqvarna models that share these part numbers.
• Confirm fit by matching O.D. 41mm and height 36mm specifications.

How does the Aynaxcol KN116 compare to the original filter?

This aftermarket option is manufactured to meet or exceed the filtration and dimensional standards of the original equipment while emphasizing longevity. Materials and construction aim to provide dependable particle capture and oil flow characteristics similar to OE units, with a focus on repeatable performance during routine maintenance intervals.

• Size matched to OE: outer diameter 41mm, height 36mm.
• Built for comparable or extended service life versus similar filters.
• Engineered to maintain proper oil pressure and flow under normal conditions.
• Pack of 10 provides multiple service intervals or fleet maintenance stock.

What should I know before installing these filters?

Installation is the same as any spin-on oil filter: ensure the engine is cool, drain oil if recommended, lubricate the gasket lightly, and tighten to the vehicle manufacturer’s torque or hand-tight plus a fraction turn. Replace filters during scheduled oil changes, and inspect for leaks after the engine reaches operating temperature.

• Lubricate gasket with clean oil before mounting to ensure proper seal.
• Tighten to manufacturer’s recommended spec; avoid over-tightening.
• Check for leaks after start-up and run-in to confirm seal integrity.
• Use with recommended oil grade for your engine for best results.

Who is this product for? Owners, mechanics, and small fleets who service Honda TRX450R, CRF250/450, and compatible Husqvarna models will benefit from this 10-pack. It’s ideal for riders who perform regular maintenance, shops that need spare parts on the shelf, and anyone seeking an economical, OE-dimension replacement filter that supports consistent engine protection during oil changes.
