Will this assembly fit my We-*ber 32/36 carburetor?

Compatibility depends on the carburetor mounting footprint and inlet orientation. Confirm the physical dimensions and bolt pattern of your carb before ordering.

• Filter element dimensions: 2.5" tall × 4.5" wide × 6.75" long.
• Includes gasket, bolts, lock nuts, spring washers, bushings and air tube inlet to match original mounting.

How do I clean and maintain the washable filter element?

Cleaning is straightforward and requires only basic tools and a gentle cleaning process. Remove the assembly, rinse or wash the element with mild detergent and water, let it dry fully, then reinstall using the supplied hardware.

• Soak in warm water with mild soap; avoid harsh solvents or high-pressure washing.
• Air-dry completely to prevent moisture entering the carburetor.
• Inspect gasket and mounting parts for wear each service interval.
• Reassemble using the included stainless bolts, lock nuts and spring washers for a secure seal.

What installation steps should I follow for a secure fit?

Installation is designed to be direct-fit when the carburetor mounting pattern matches. Use the provided stainless-steel plate, buckles and gasket, and torque fasteners evenly to avoid leaks or air gaps.

• Remove the old filter assembly and clean the mounting surface before fitting the new gasket.
• Position the filter element and metal plate, then secure with supplied bolts and lock nuts.
• Attach the air tube inlet and check for proper orientation and clearance.
• Start the engine and listen for intake leaks; retighten hardware if necessary.

All metal parts in this BAYWORD assembly are stainless steel to resist corrosion and maintain structural integrity under vibration and outdoor exposure. A durable mounting kit reduces the chance of air leaks and simplifies repeat servicing.

• Stainless steel plate and buckles for long-lasting corrosion resistance.
• Complete mounting kit prevents mismatched fasteners during installation.
