Blackline Microfiber Car Drying Towel 24x36 1300GSM — Twisted Loop High-Absorbency

Blackline's 24" x 36" 1300GSM Twisted Loop microfiber drying towel quickly soaks up water for a streak-free, spot-free finish in a single pass.

This oversized microfiber towel combines a dense 1300GSM pile and twisted loop construction to remove water fast without scratching paint or leaving lint. Built for both professional detailers and car-care enthusiasts, the Blackline drying towel is engineered to hold large volumes of water, speed up post-wash drying, and reduce the number of towels you need to finish a vehicle.

How does the twisted loop weave reduce water spots and streaks?

The twisted loop pattern creates channels that trap and lift water away from the surface instead of pushing moisture around. Because the loops glide across paint and glass, they collect droplets efficiently and minimize drag, reducing the chance of leaving streaks or surface marks.

• 1300GSM high-density pile increases water-holding capacity
• Twisted loops channel liquid into the towel instead of smearing
• Soft microfiber construction prevents surface abrasion
• Single-pass drying reduces time and towel changes

Will this towel handle a full-size car in one go?

The 24" x 36" size is large enough that, in many cases, one towel can dry a compact or moderately sized vehicle when used properly. It absorbs over six times its weight in water, allowing long coverage before needing to ring out or swap towels.

• Generous 2ft x 3ft surface covers broad panels quickly
• High absorbency can hold up to roughly a gallon of water
• One-pass drying is achievable with correct folding and technique
• Less frequent wringing compared with standard towels

Is the Blackline towel safe for paint, glass, and chrome?

Yes — the microfiber is soft and lint-free, designed to lift water without scratching delicate clearcoats or leaving fibers behind. The twisted loop surface offers gentle glide, and when used on clean surfaces it minimizes contact abrasion and swirl potential.

• Lint-free finish keeps glass streaks and residue low
• Soft pile protects clearcoat and polished metal
• Works well on painted panels, wheels, and trim when clean
• Machine washable to maintain softness and performance

How should I care for the towel to keep it performing?

Simple maintenance preserves absorbency and softness: wash on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent, avoid fabric softeners and bleach, and air dry or tumble dry on low. Proper care keeps the twisted loops effective at trapping water and prevents residue buildup that can reduce performance.

• Wash separately or with other microfiber on gentle cycle
• Use liquid detergent; skip fabric softeners and dryer sheets
• Tumble dry low or air dry to preserve pile integrity
• Replace if fibers become clogged or abrasive after long use
