Bonbo 31510 is a hardened 9‑pin axle nut socket engineered to remove and install hub nuts on 2020‑and‑newer GM Silverado and Sierra 2500/3500 trucks with 11.5" or 12" dual rear wheel hubs.
This precision socket is made for professionals and home mechanics who work on GM heavy‑duty pickups. Built from hardened steel with a black oxide finish, the tool engages hub nut notches with a nine‑pin pattern and fits a standard 1/2" drive, giving reliable grip and corrosion resistance during high‑torque service.
The 9‑pin geometry lines up with the nut notches so you get a secure, slip‑free engagement each time. That reduces rounding of fasteners and speeds removal or installation, especially on full‑floating hubs commonly found on heavy‑duty GM trucks.
The Bonbo 31510 targets 2020 and newer GM Silverado and Sierra 2500/3500 models with 11.5" or 12" dual rear wheel axle hubs. It also works on other vehicles whose axle nut outer diameter measures about 2.97".
Attach the socket to any standard 1/2" drive ratchet, breaker bar or impact‑rated wrench and align the pins with the nut notches. Apply torque steadily; the hardened construction stands up to workshop use without deforming.
This socket is manufactured from hardened steel and finished in black oxide to resist rust and wear. The material and heat treatment provide toughness for repeated high‑torque operations typical in professional and DIY settings.
Who is this for: The Bonbo 31510 is geared toward mechanics, fleet technicians, and experienced DIYers who service GM 2500/3500 trucks with dual rear wheels. If you maintain full‑floating hubs or perform routine axle service on 2020+ Silverado and Sierra models, this socket supplies the correct pin pattern, drive size, and durability needed to complete the job efficiently.
Q: Does this socket fit older GM trucks?
A: The 31510 is made for 2020+ Silverado and Sierra 2500/3500 dual rear hubs; it may fit other axle nuts only if their O.D. is about 2.97".
Q: Can I use an impact wrench with this socket?
A: Yes, it fits standard 1/2" drive impact tools, but use appropriate torque settings and recommended safety practices.
