BougeRV Car Refrigerator CRX3 23 Quart with 240Wh LiFePO4 Battery — Compressor Cooling & App Control

The BougeRV CRX3 is a 23‑quart portable car refrigerator with a detachable 240Wh LiFePO4 battery, rapid compressor cooling to 32°F, and smart app control for reliable cold storage on the road.

If you need dependable refrigeration while traveling, camping, or living the van‑life, the CRX3 blends compressor performance with a removable battery that powers the unit away from vehicle outlets. It reaches low temperatures quickly, runs efficiently in ECO mode, and stays whisper‑quiet so it won’t disturb sleep in tight spaces. The package includes the 240Wh LiFePO4 battery, DC and AC cords, and a user manual for plug‑and‑play setup.

How quickly does the CRX3 freeze or chill items?

The CRX3 uses a compact compressor to pull internal temperature down fast—factory tests show a drop from typical room temperature to about 32°F in roughly 14 minutes under optimal conditions. Cooling speed depends on ambient temperature, how full the freezer is, and door openings, but it’s tuned for fast access to cold drinks or perishable foods.

• Compressor refrigeration for rapid temperature reduction.
• Reaches 32°F from 77°F in ~14 minutes in standard tests.
• Temperature range adjustable down to -4°F for freezing needs.
• Built‑in LED lamp helps find items during night stops.

What does the detachable 240Wh LiFePO4 battery enable?

The included 240Wh LiFePO4 battery detaches easily via a pogo‑pin connector so you can use the fridge away from the car or swap batteries without wiring. In ECO mode the battery can power the CRX3 for extended periods—real runtime varies with settings and load, but it’s designed for portable use during outdoor activities.

• 240Wh LiFePO4 chemistry for safer, longer life than lead‑acid alternatives.
• Pogo‑pin quick‑connect for tool‑free attachment and removal.
• Up to about 29 hours runtime in ECO mode under typical conditions.
• Easy to bring along for picnics, tailgates, or campsite use.

How energy‑efficient and quiet is this car freezer in everyday use?

The CRX3 is engineered for low power draw and minimal noise so it’s well suited to vehicles and sleeping environments. With ECO mode engaged the unit consumes less than 35W, and sound output is around 35dB—similar to a quiet library—helping preserve battery life and comfort during overnight stops.

• ECO mode reduces power consumption to under 35W for energy savings.
• Compatible with 12V/24V DC systems found in cars, trucks, RVs, and boats.
• Noise level approximately 35dB for unobtrusive operation.
• Low draw helps the detachable battery or vehicle electrical system last longer.

Can I control the refrigerator remotely and what accessories are included?

Yes—the BougeRV App gives remote access to temperature settings, operating modes, and power control within about 32 feet, so you can adjust cooling before opening the lid. The box includes the CRX3 refrigerator, the 240Wh detachable battery, a 12V/24V DC power cord, a 100–240V AC adapter, and a manual for straightforward setup.

• App control for temperature, modes, and status checks up to ~32 ft.
• Complete kit: fridge, battery, DC cord, AC adapter, and manual.
• Two years of technical support from BougeRV for product questions.
• Useful LED light inside for night access and visibility.
