BRCOVAN Aluminum Large Bar Clamp Mount Base — 1" TPU Ball for 1.5"–2" Rails, Anodized 6061-T6

Built from CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum with a hard-anodized finish and a TPU over-molded ball head, this large bar clamp mount offers a corrosion-resistant, non-slip connection point for a wide range of action and navigation devices. The kit includes four soft rubber ring inserts to adapt to common tube diameters and an Allen key to speed installation, making it a practical choice for vehicles and gear with round rails.

How does this mount attach to different rail sizes?

The tube clamp uses removable rubber ring inserts to snugly fit a range of standard rail diameters. Remove or swap the inserts to match your rail, then tighten the clamp with the included Allen key for a secure grip without damaging the tube surface.

• Included rubber rings: 1.5" (38.1mm), 1.65" (41.91mm), 1.75" (44.45mm), 1.85" (46.99mm)
• Fits rails up to 2" (50.8mm) diameter without an insert
• Soft inserts protect metal and painted surfaces from scratches

Will this work with my RAM-style arms or 1" ball accessories?

The mount accepts any B-size 1" ball double-socket arm that uses the common 1" swivel ball pattern. That makes it compatible with many RAM-style arms, BRCOVAN arms, and other third-party accessories designed for the 1" ball system.

• Standard 1" TPU over-molded ball head for broad accessory compatibility
• Works with phone mounts, tablet cradles, action camera and camcorder mounts
• Interchanges with many B-size double-socket arms for quick swaps

How rugged and weather-resistant is the mount?

The body is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and finished with a grade-III hard anodize to resist corrosion, abrasion, and outdoor wear. The TPU over-molded ball provides a non-slip, wear-resistant contact point that performs well in wet or dusty conditions without metal-on-metal squeak.

• CNC-machined aluminum body for strength and dimensional accuracy
• Grade-III hard anodized surface for long-term durability
• TPU ball head resists slipping and reduces wear at the joint

Where can I mount this clamp on my vehicle or equipment?

The clamp is designed for a wide variety of tubular mounting points found on off-road and watercraft platforms. Typical installations include roll cages, bumpers, bull bars, roof racks and kayak rails, as long as the rail diameter matches the supported sizes.

• Motorcycle bull bars, handlebars and forks (if within diameter range)
• UTV/ATV roll cages and front bumpers, Jeep head racks, truck racks
• Kayak rails and larger handlebars that meet the specified dimensions

Who is this for: This clamp mount is suited to riders, off-roaders, boaters, and anyone who needs a robust, adaptable 1" ball mounting point on a round rail. Choose this product if you want CNC-machined strength, a hard-anodized finish for outdoor use, and multiple rubber inserts to protect and fit a variety of tube diameters. Before ordering, measure your rail diameter to confirm compatibility and ensure reliable performance with your chosen 1" ball accessories.
