BRCOVAN Motorcycle Fork Stem Phone Mount — Aluminum Base, Vibration Dampener, 720° Rotation

BRCOVAN Motorcycle Fork Stem Phone Mount with Vibration Dampener is a durable fork-stem phone holder that secures smartphones, reduces vibration to protect the camera, and offers one-handed operation with 720° rotation.

Riders who want a reliable way to mount their phone to the fork stem will find this BRCOVAN mount engineered for heavy-duty use and everyday convenience. Built from high-strength composite materials and fitted with industrial springs, the mount uses an eight-claw wrap to lock the device in place even on rough roads. The included aluminum-alloy fork stem base and spacers fit a wide range of fork tube diameters, and a silicone-lined cradle plus an internal vibration dampener reduce shock transfer to the phone and camera lens.

How does this mount stay stable on bumpy rides?

This phone mount combines a rigid composite body with high-quality industrial springs and an eight-claw grip to minimize phone movement. A dedicated vibration dampener and silicone contact points further absorb shocks before they reach your device, protecting both screen and camera.

• High-strength composite construction for structural stability
• Industrial springs and eight-claw wrapping for secure grip
• Internal vibration dampener to reduce transmitted shocks
• Soft silicone pads to prevent scratches and dampen micro-vibrations

Will it fit my motorcycle fork and phone?

The aluminum-alloy fork stem mounting base fits fork tubes from 12mm up to 25.4mm diameter and requires a minimum tube depth of 38mm. On the phone side, the adjustable cradle accommodates most modern smartphones (with cases), supporting widths up to 88mm, lengths up to 175mm, and thickness up to 16mm—roughly 5.4" to 6.9" screen diagonals.

• Fork tube compatibility: 12mm–25.4mm diameter
• Minimum tube depth required: 38mm (1.5")
• Phone capacity (case on): up to 88mm wide, 175mm long, 16mm thick
• Screen diagonal range supported: approximately 5.4"–6.9"

How easy is installation and everyday use?

Installation is designed to be straightforward: select the correct spacer, clamp the aluminum fork-stem base, and secure the ball joint. The mount supports one-handed phone insertion and removal in a second and includes a 720° rotation mechanism for quick portrait or landscape adjustments.

• Includes spacers and hardware for quick fork-stem fitment
• Pre-install check: measure tube diameter and depth; avoid lip-ed fork stem holes
• One-handed operation for fast mounting and release
• 720° rotation for flexible viewing angles while riding

Will this protect my phone camera and screen?

The cradle’s non-contact design keeps pressure off the camera lens while the silicone lining and vibration dampener reduce scratch risk and blunt vibration. This combination lowers the chance of camera misalignment or scratch marks from rigid clamps during rides.

• Non-contact camera area to prevent lens pressure
• Soft silicone padding prevents surface scratches
• Vibration reduction system protects sensitive components
• Secure claw wrap keeps device from shifting and rubbing

Who is this for? Choose the BRCOVAN Motorcycle Fork Stem Phone Mount if you ride regularly and need a robust, vibration-resistant solution that fits many fork stems and current smartphone sizes. It suits commuters, touring riders, and anyone who relies on navigation or action-cam-style recording while keeping their device easily accessible and protected. Avoid installing on fork stems with a lip or shallower than 38mm depth; otherwise the mount offers a mix of strength, adjustability, and straightforward daily use.
