CAR MIRROR BAZAR Volkswagen Right Passenger Blind Spot Passthrough Mirror Glass RH — Full-Size Adhesive, Heated-Compatible

Replacement right-side blind spot passthrough mirror glass with full-size adhesive, made to fit select Volkswagen Golf, Jetta, and GTI models from 2015–2024.

This passenger-side right (RH) mirror glass from CAR MIRROR BAZAR is an automotive-grade replacement designed to restore mirror clarity and maintain heat transfer for factory heated mirrors. The kit includes the mirror glass only (no plastic backing plate) plus a contoured, double-sided adhesive layer sized to the full rear surface, giving a secure bond and improved conduction compared with small patch adhesives.

Will this mirror glass fit my VW Golf or Jetta?

The glass is sized and shaped specifically for compatible Volkswagen passenger-side mirrors produced across model years 2015–2024 for Golf, 2019–2024 for Jetta, and 2015–2024 for GTI. Confirm fit by comparing diagonal measurements and the general outline of your current mirror.

• Diagonal longest measure: 6 3/4 inches (17.1 cm).
• Intended for right-hand (passenger) side mirrors.
• Models covered: Golf 2015–2021, Jetta 2019–2024, GTI 2015–2024.
• Compare full glass shape to your factory mirror; no backing plate included.

How is this replacement mirror different from cheap alternatives?

This product uses real aluminum-backed mirror glass rather than a surface chrome paint spray, which can fade or scratch. The full-size automotive adhesive is contoured to the glass for better heat transfer and a firmer long-term bond, unlike small adhesive patches that can allow gaps and fail over time.

• Aluminum-backed mirror surface for durable reflectivity.
• Full-size contoured double-sided adhesive for improved heat conduction.
• No plastic backing plate included; you attach glass directly to existing housing.
• Actual product images and diagonal measurement provided for accurate selection.

How do I install it and what should I expect during installation?

Installation is straightforward for users comfortable removing the old glass and applying adhesive. Clean the mirror housing, remove old adhesive residue, align the new glass, and press firmly for full contact; allow adhesive cure time as instructed. If your mirror was heated, the full adhesive helps reestablish heat transfer to the new glass.

• Clean mirror housing thoroughly before bonding.
• Peel protective liner from adhesive and center glass carefully.
• Press evenly to eliminate air gaps and ensure good adhesion.
• Allow recommended curing time before adjusting or exposing to moisture.

What should I check before ordering to avoid returns?

Measure the longest diagonal of your current mirror glass and compare shapes. Confirm that your vehicle’s mirror does not require a backing plate that is included with certain OEM assemblies; this product supplies glass and adhesive only.

• Measure diagonal length: should be about 6 3/4 inches (17.1 cm).
• Verify vehicle make, model, year, and passenger-side requirement.
• Inspect existing housing for clips or plates needed but not included here.
• Use the provided product images to confirm contour match.

Who is this for: Drivers or mechanics who need a durable, OEM-style replacement right-side mirror glass for select Volkswagen Golf, Jetta, or GTI models and want a reliable adhesive solution and true aluminum-backed mirror surface. This option is best if you already have the mirror’s plastic backing plate and seek a long-lasting glass replacement rather than a temporary patch.
