How straightforward is installation and what basic tools are needed?

Installation typically involves removing the air cleaner, detaching fuel lines, unbolting the old carburetor, and bolting the Carbhub unit in place. Basic hand tools and a few minutes of mechanical experience are usually enough to complete the swap.

• Required tools: screwdrivers, metric or standard sockets, pliers for clamps.
• Common steps: drain or pinch the fuel line, remove old carburetor, transfer gaskets, mount new unit, reconnect fuel and throttle linkages.
• Tip: test for leaks and proper throttle movement before full operation.

What improvements or accessories come with the updated version?

The current release includes upgraded accessories and fittings compared with earlier batches to improve compatibility and sealing. If an older version is delivered, Carbhub asks you to contact them so they can supply the missing upgrade components or guidance.

• Includes updated connector fittings for a wider range of fuel hoses.
• Better-matched mounting holes and gaskets for easier alignment.
• May include primer base and related small parts depending on the batch; verify contents on arrival.

How can I troubleshoot common post-install issues like poor idle or fuel leaks?

Many issues after replacement come from vacuum leaks, incorrect throttle linkage adjustment, or residual debris in the fuel line. Systematic checks and minor adjustments usually resolve these problems without returning the unit.

• Idle problems: verify choke position and idle screw setting; clean or adjust as needed.
• Fuel leaks: check hose clamps, fuel line orientation and gasket seating.
• Engine hesitation: inspect fuel filter, confirm correct mounting and absence of debris.
