Caute Undercoating Spray Gun — 1100ml Cup Rust‑Proofing Kit with Two Flexible Wands and PTFE Tape

The Caute Air Rust‑Proofing Undercoating Spray Gun is a professional‑style air tool with a 1100 ml cup and two flexible wands designed to deliver controlled, durable underbody coatings to prevent corrosion on vehicles.

Built for automotive maintenance and DIY rustproofing projects, this undercoating spray gun accepts rubberized and oil‑based undercoatings and sprays reliably in the 58–87 PSI range. Its large-capacity cup reduces refill frequency, while the included flexible wands allow access to seams, wheel wells, rockers, and cavity zones where corrosion typically begins. The kit also includes PTFE thread seal tape for leak‑resistant connections so you spend less time troubleshooting and more time coating.

How does this spray gun improve underbody rustproofing?

The Caute gun delivers a consistent spray pattern and holds larger volumes of fluid so you can apply continuous, even coats without constantly stopping. Improved coverage and directed application reduce missed spots and help form a more complete barrier against moisture and debris.

• 1100 ml cup for extended spray sessions and fewer interruptions
• Stable spray output at 58–87 PSI for controlled film build
• Two flexible wands to reach seams, cavities, and tight areas
• PTFE tape included for secure, leak‑resistant fittings

Which materials and surfaces can I use with this undercoating gun?

This air gun is compatible with common undercoating products such as rubberized undercoats, oil‑based rustproofers, and other surface‑shield formulations. It works on steel, chassis components, wheel wells, and exterior panels where a protective coating is appropriate.

• Rubberized undercoating sprays and oil‑based rustproofers
• Application to chassis, wheel arches, floor pans, and rocker panels
• Suitable for textured or smooth undercoats depending on nozzle settings
• Not intended for high‑viscosity or abrasive blasting media without thinning

What features help get into hard‑to‑reach areas?

The kit includes two flexible extension wands that bend to follow contours and enter cavities, letting you coat behind brackets and inside seams without disassembly. Ergonomic gun controls and a long‑run cup keep handling steady for detailed work.

• Flexible wands for seams, cavities, and behind crossmembers
• Ergonomic trigger and balanced weight for precise application
• Long‑capacity cup reduces interruptions when working under a vehicle
• PTFE tape for tight, leak‑free hose and fitting connections

How do I set up and maintain the undercoating spray gun?

Assembly is straightforward: attach the cup, secure fittings with the supplied PTFE tape, and select the wand for the task. After use, flush the gun and wands according to the coating manufacturer’s instructions to avoid buildup and keep seals and nozzles functioning.

• Wrap threads with supplied PTFE tape before connecting hoses or wands
• Operate at recommended 58–87 PSI for best spray consistency
• Clean immediately after use with compatible solvent or cleaner
• Inspect seals periodically and replace worn parts to maintain performance
