cciyu Ceramic Front & Rear Disc Brake Pad Set D1258 D1377 for 2011–2015 Ford Edge / Lincoln MKX — Low Noise, Low Dust

cci yu D1258 D1377 ceramic brake pad set provides low-noise, dust-reduced stopping power engineered to fit 2011–2015 Ford Edge and Lincoln MKX models.

These ceramic front and rear disc brake pads are formulated to balance quiet operation, consistent pedal feel, and longer life compared with conventional materials. Built from a ceramic-organic compound and shaped with chamfers and slots, the set is designed to minimize vibration and dust while offering reliable performance across everyday driving conditions. Verify fitment with your vehicle’s make, model, year, and trim before ordering.

How do these brake pads cut noise and vibration?

Noise reduction comes from a combination of a bonding gasket and a pad geometry that soaks up vibration. Chamfered edges and precision slots help break up harmonic frequencies that cause squeal, while the back-plate gasket cushions piston-to-pad contact.

• Ceramic-organic friction material dampens sound and reduces harsh scraping.
• Gasket between piston and back plate absorbs vibration at the source.
• Slots and chamfers interrupt noise-producing harmonics during braking.

Will these pads keep my wheels cleaner and perform in heat?

The ceramic formula produces less brake dust than semi-metallic compounds, which helps maintain wheel appearance. The pad’s design also supports heat dispersion so the braking surface remains stable under normal to moderately demanding conditions.

• Low-dust ceramics reduce rim residue and cleaning frequency.
• Grooves and chamfers encourage consistent pad wear and cooling airflow.
• Stable friction characteristics across typical urban and highway driving.

Are these cci yu pads a direct fit for my vehicle and what should I check before buying?

They are made to be compatible with 2011–2015 Ford Edge and 2011–2015 Lincoln MKX models and correspond to ATD1258C/D1258-8384 and ATD1377C/D1377-8488 part references. Always confirm fitment using your vehicle’s exact year, trim, and axle configuration to ensure correct fitment.

• Match the pads to your vehicle year, make, and model in the fitment tool.
• Compare part numbers (D1258/D1377) to original equipment or previous replacements.
• Inspect rotor condition — resurfacing or replacement may be needed for optimal contact.

How do these pads affect braking feel and maintenance needs?

Drivers can expect a firm, progressive pedal feel typical of ceramic pads rather than abrupt grabbing. Maintenance intervals depend on driving style and conditions, but reduced dust and steady wear help extend rim cleanliness and service intervals compared with many semi-metallic options.

• Smoother, quieter initial engagement for everyday driving comfort.
• Even wear profile helps maintain consistent stopping power over time.
• Less frequent wheel cleaning due to lower dust output.

Who is this for: This cci yu ceramic brake pad set is aimed at owners of 2011–2015 Ford Edge and Lincoln MKX who want quieter braking, reduced brake dust, and dependable day-to-day performance without upgrading to performance-only compounds. It's a practical choice for commuters and families seeking a direct-fit replacement that balances comfort, cleanliness, and consistent braking behavior. If you require track-level performance or heavy towing duty, consult a specialist for a pad formulated specifically for those demands.
