Chemical Guys Light Duty Spinner Drill Brush Attachment — Extra-Soft Nylon for Upholstery & Carpet, Hex-Shank Drill Fit

The Chemical Guys Light Duty Spinner Drill Brush Attachment is an extra-soft, drill-powered cleaning tool designed to gently lift dirt and stains from upholstery, fabric, carpet and other sensitive surfaces. Built for homeowners, detailers and DIY cleaners who want fast, even scrubbing without damaging delicate fibers, this spinner brush converts any standard hex-shaft drill into a machine-powered cleaning head. The soft nylon bristles separate and agitate individual threads to dislodge grime and lift soils to the surface so cleaning solutions can do their job more effectively. Lightweight and simple to use, the attachment helps reduce hand fatigue while delivering consistent results across automotive interiors, home textiles and light commercial fabrics.

How does this spinner brush improve cleaning speed and consistency?

By using a drill's motor to provide a controlled rotational scrub, the brush eliminates the uneven pressure and tiring motion of hand brushing. The consistent rotation helps treat larger areas faster with repeatable motion and intensity.

• Fits any standard hex-shaft drill for immediate power.
• Soft nylon bristles prevent fiber damage while agitating soils.
• Machine-driven rotation delivers even coverage across fabric.

What surfaces can I safely use the Light Duty Spinner on?

The extra-soft bristle profile is made for delicate and medium-strength surfaces, so it’s ideal for car seats, cloth upholstery, rugs, carpets with low pile and other textiles that need gentle agitation. Avoid hard, sharp, or brittle materials that could be scratched by bristle edges.

• Upholstery, seat fabric and headliners.
• Home carpets, area rugs and washable fabrics.
• Boat upholstery and light marine fabrics when compatible cleaning agents are used.

How do I use the drill brush attachment for best results?

Install the brush in your drill’s chuck, set the speed to a moderate range, and apply a compatible cleaner to the surface before scrubbing. Work in small sections, rinsing or blotting lifted soils as you go to avoid re-depositing dirt.

• Open drill chuck, insert steel shank, tighten securely.
• Use moderate RPMs; avoid excessive speed that splashes solution.
• Pair with fabric-safe cleaners and blot with a microfiber towel after scrubbing.

Will the spinner brush damage delicate fabrics or seating surfaces?

Designed as a light-duty option, the spinner’s soft nylon bristles minimize abrasion and are less likely to fray fibers than stiffer brushes. Still, always test in an inconspicuous spot and use low drill speeds for especially fragile materials.

• Extra-soft bristles for reduced abrasion on sensitive fibers.
• Recommended spot-test before treating full panels.
• Use low-to-moderate drill speeds to control agitation intensity.

Who is this for? The Chemical Guys Light Duty Spinner Drill Brush Attachment is made for car detailers, homeowners, rental property cleaners and enthusiasts who need a gentle, faster way to clean textiles without replacing tools. If you want to boost the effectiveness of cleaners, cut down scrubbing time, and protect delicate fabrics while removing light to moderate stains, this attachment offers a practical upgrade to standard hand-brushing methods. Keep a drill with a secure chuck and fabric-safe cleaning solution on hand for best performance.
