Coldairsoap Football Helmet Repair Kit — 81 Pieces with Screwdriver and Corrosion-Resistant Clips for Facemasks

Coldairsoap 81Pcs Football Helmet Repair Kit is a complete set of clips, screws, washers, buckles and tools designed to repair or replace helmet hardware for football, baseball, softball and hockey masks.

This all-in-one repair kit groups commonly needed replacement parts into a single portable box so you can fix broken helmet hardware on the sideline, in the locker room or at home. The kit balances lightweight plastic pieces with corrosion-resistant metal components, and it includes a screwdriver and compact case for organized storage. It’s intended for routine maintenance and small repairs of facemasks, visors and chin straps; always verify part dimensions and helmet compatibility before installation.

What parts are included and how many of each?

The kit contains 81 individual pieces arranged to cover the most frequent helmet hardware failures. Items are numbered below so you can quickly confirm contents when you open the box.

• 2 pairs of J-shaped plastic clips for quick facemask attachment
• 10 aluminum R-shaped clips for visor and mask connections
• 10 rubber washers to cushion contact points and reduce vibration
• 24 nuts paired with 24 screws (6 screws of 10mm, 6 of 6mm, 6 of 12mm with female end, 6 of 5mm with female end)
• 4 black plastic chin buttons, 4 stainless steel helmet buckles, and 1 screwdriver

How durable are these components and what materials are used?

The kit mixes soft rubber, sturdy stainless steel, aluminum and durable plastics chosen for corrosion resistance and everyday wear. Metal pieces are designed to resist rust, and the rubber and plastics maintain flexibility to absorb shock and hold fasteners securely.

• Stainless steel buckles and screws for rust resistance
• Aluminum R-clips keep parts lightweight yet strong
• Soft rubber washers protect helmet shells and reduce abrasion
• Plastic J-clips are lightweight and engineered for safe retention

Which helmet repairs can I perform with this kit?

This set is aimed at routine hardware fixes: reattaching facemasks, replacing missing visor clips, swapping damaged chin buttons and securing loose buckles. It is not a substitute for certified helmet shell repair; for structural shell cracks or compromised padding, consult the helmet manufacturer or a certified technician.

• Reconnect facemasks using the J-shaped clips and matching screws
• Replace visor clips or secure aftermarket shields with the R-clips
• Swap worn chin buttons and tighten buckles with included screws
• Keep spare washers on hand to prevent metal-to-shell wear

How easy is installation and what should I check before starting?

Installation is straightforward for basic tasks: the kit includes a screwdriver and clearly sized fasteners. Before you begin, measure the screw lengths and check the thread and head style to ensure compatibility with your helmet model.

• Measure screw length and thread type against the original fastener
• Use rubber washers where the shell contacts metal for protection
• Tighten screws snugly but avoid over-torquing which can crack plastic
• Organize parts in the included compact box for quick access

Who is this for: Coaches, equipment managers, youth league parents, and individual players who need a comprehensive, portable selection of helmet hardware spares will find this Coldairsoap kit useful. It’s best suited for routine hardware maintenance and small repairs on football, baseball, softball and hockey masks; for structural helmet damage or safety concerns, consult the original manufacturer or an authorized repair service.
