COLLINITE Heavy Duty Fleetwax Paste and Towel Combo — 12 fl oz, Marine-Grade Polymers, Long-Lasting Gloss

Collinite 885 Heavy Duty Fleetwax Paste is a long-lasting paste wax kit with marine-grade polymers that delivers a durable, high-gloss protective finish for fiberglass, gelcoat, boats, RVs and fleet vehicles.

Built for owners who need tough, reliable surface protection without constant reapplication, the Collinite 885 kit combines a concentrated paste wax and a finishing towel to simplify maintenance. Its fortified formula resists UV, salt, and mineral deposits while providing robust water beading and months of gloss. The paste spreads easily and buffs out to a deep carnauba-rich shine, making it a practical choice for seasonal and year-round care of large painted or gelcoat surfaces.

How does Collinite 885 protect surfaces from sun and salt?

Collinite 885 contains marine-grade polymers that form a resilient barrier against ultraviolet degradation and corrosive salt. This barrier slows oxidation and reduces the rate at which gelcoat and fiberglass fade or chalk in outdoor environments.

• Ultra-durable polymer blend for extended UV resistance
• Helps prevent salt and mineral buildup on exposed surfaces
• Reduces premature oxidation and surface discoloration

How long will the shine and water repellency last on my boat or RV?

In real-world use, the formula delivers season-long protection, with many users reporting 7–10 months of durable shine and water beading under normal conditions. Longevity depends on exposure, storage, and use, but the concentrated paste is engineered to outlast conventional waxes.

• Expect multi-month durability for typical leisure and fleet use
• Provides strong water repellency to improve drying and reduce spotting
• Single 12 fl oz can covers multiple large vehicles or several boats

How easy is it to apply and remove the Collinite 885 paste wax?

The paste glides on smoothly and spreads more easily than many traditional pastes, minimizing application time for large surfaces. Removal requires only moderate buffing to reveal a deep, carnauba-type gloss, and the included towel helps achieve a uniform finish.

• Spreads efficiently for fast coverage of broad areas
• Moderate buffing needed—no excessive elbow grease
• Comes with one applicator towel; additional towels speed the job

What surfaces and projects is this kit suited for?

Designed for marine and fleet care, Collinite 885 works on fiberglass, gelcoat, painted surfaces, and many types of RV exteriors. It’s appropriate for seasonal waxing, post-wash protection, and scheduled fleet maintenance where extended coating life reduces downtime.

• Ideal for boats, pontoons, and sailboats with gelcoat or fiberglass
• Great for motorhomes, trailers, and commercial fleet exteriors
• Use after cleaning and claying for best adhesion and appearance
