Command Electronics 12V LED RV Ceiling Light White 2-Pack — Low-Profile Surface Mount with Push Switch

Compact 4.5-inch 12V LED surface-mount ceiling light with an integrated push ON/OFF switch, sold as a 2-pack and manufactured by Command Electronics in the USA for RVs, trailers, campers, motorhomes, and boats.

This low-profile dome light combines energy-efficient LED illumination with a rugged polycarbonate lens and a built-in push switch for fast, tool-free control. Designed specifically for low-voltage vehicle and marine interiors, the fixture measures 4.5 inches in diameter and 0.75 inches deep, fits tight mounting spaces, and ships with all mounting hardware and lever connectors for a straightforward install. Built to DOT FMVSS108 standards and produced by an American OEM supplier, it balances durability, neat styling, and dependable performance.

How easy is installation and what comes in the box?

Installation is set up for quick retrofit or new-fit mounting: the light is a surface-mount design with eight mounting holes so you can orient it horizontally or vertically. The unit includes all screws and lever-type connectors so you don’t need special parts to complete the job.

• Includes screws and lever connectors for immediate wiring
• Eight mounting holes for flexible placement
• Surface-mount footprint fits most ceiling panels without recessing
• Works with 12V systems found in RVs, trailers, and boats

What kind of durability and materials does the fixture use?

This Command Electronics light uses an unbreakable polycarbonate lens and a sturdy housing to resist knocks and vibration common in mobile environments. Manufacturing follows strict quality controls, giving units consistent electrical and mechanical performance over time.

• Polycarbonate lens resists cracking and shattering
• Sturdy housing for vibration and movement tolerance
• Meets DOT FMVSS108 standards for vehicle lighting quality
• Designed for LED, and compatible with low-voltage incandescent/fluorescent systems

How does the built-in switch and LED performance help daily use?

The integrated push ON/OFF switch makes lighting control immediate and convenient without an external switch install, ideal for small cabins or tight galley spaces. The LED source reduces current draw versus incandescent bulbs, extending battery life and lowering heat output.

• Push-button control on the fixture for quick access
• LED technology uses less power and runs cooler
• Low-profile 0.75" depth saves headroom in compact interiors
• Part ID MODEL 001-1051 for easy replacement and ordering

Will this light match the look and needs of my RV or boat?

The minimalist white dome blends with most interior styles and provides broad, diffuse illumination suited for cabins, closets, and corridors. Because it’s compact and unobtrusive, it works well where space is limited or when a clean, functional aesthetic is preferred.

• Neutral white finish integrates with common RV interiors
• Diffuse lens reduces glare for comfortable lighting
• Low-profile shape avoids snagging or head clearance issues
• Sold as a 2-pack for multi-location installs or spares
