CRC Food-Grade Grease 14 oz Cartridge — NSF H1 Aluminum-Complex, NLGI 2, Water-Resistant

Sta-Lube Multi-Purpose Food Grade Grease SL35600 is an NSF H1 aluminum-complex NLGI Grade 2 lubricant in a 14 oz cartridge, formulated for incidental food contact and reliable performance in food processing environments.

Designed for maintenance professionals, packaging technicians, and plant engineers, this Sta-Lube grease delivers a balance of water resistance, temperature tolerance, and smooth consistency for bearings, conveyors, and food-handling equipment. The white, buttery texture spreads easily, helping reduce friction and wear where incidental food contact is possible. It meets NSF H1 requirements and is supplied in a convenient 14 wt oz cartridge to fit standard grease guns for quick on-site servicing.

What environments is this grease suitable for?

This grease is formulated for food production and processing settings where incidental food contact may occur, including bottling lines, canneries, and packaging machines. It resists water washout and performs across a wide temperature range, making it appropriate for damp or variable-temperature operations.

• NSF H1 registered for incidental food contact
• Effective in wet and humid areas due to water resistance
• Stable across a broad temperature span with a high dropping point
• Useful in breweries, dairies, and bottling/packaging equipment

How does the aluminum complex thickener affect performance?

The aluminum complex thickener gives the grease structural stability, a smooth feel, and extended service life under load. It helps maintain consistency at elevated temperatures while providing solid adhesion to metal surfaces, reducing the need for frequent reapplication.

• Aluminum complex provides strong film strength and adhesion
• Smoother application with buttery texture for even coverage
• Higher dropping point versus simple soap thickeners
• Good shear stability for bearings and slow-to-moderate speed gears

Which components and machine parts can be serviced with this grease?

Sta-Lube SL35600 is a multi-purpose lubricant suitable for a variety of components commonly found in food plants. It is ideal wherever incidental contact with food might occur and conventional industrial greases are not acceptable.

• Rolling and plain bearings in conveyors and mixers
• Packaging and cartoning equipment sliding surfaces
• Bearing housings on bottling and canning machinery
• Food-processing plant auxiliary equipment subject to moisture

How is it supplied and applied for maintenance work?

The product comes in a 14 wt oz cartridge compatible with common hand-held grease guns for direct injection into grease fittings. Its texture allows smooth pumpability and controlled dispensing for routine lubrication schedules.

• 14 oz cartridge fits standard grease guns for ease of use
• Smooth, buttery consistency for controlled application
• Compatible with scheduled preventive maintenance programs
• White color aids visual confirmation of applied lubricant
