Decwls Cordless Rivet Gun compatible with DeWalt 20V Max Battery — Brushless high-torque, 3 tool-free heads

The Decwls Cordless Rivet Gun is a compact, battery-powered electric pop riveter compatible with DeWalt 20V Max batteries that delivers high-torque, tool-free riveting for automotive, metalwork and DIY jobs.

This cordless rivet tool combines a brushless high-torque motor with three quick-change, tool-free rivet heads and a rugged carrying case so you can tackle field repairs, shop projects, and home maintenance without trailing cords. It ships with a selection of 150 premium rivets (75 aluminum and 75 stainless) and a wrench, putting common sizes on hand immediately. Safety features include an automatic shutoff if the motor overheats and an eject-on-release function for faster workflow.

How much pulling power does this rivet gun provide?

The Decwls rivet gun uses a brushless motor designed for long life and strong performance, generating a pulling force range of 2248 to 2698 lbf to set medium and heavy-duty blind rivets reliably. The motor’s intelligent protection pauses operation if temperatures climb too high, helping prevent damage during prolonged jobs. This combination of torque and thermal control makes it a practical choice for tougher materials and repeated use.

• High-torque brushless motor: 2248–2698 lbf pulling force
• Automatic thermal shutdown to protect the motor
• Designed for medium to heavy blind rivets in metal and composite panels

What rivet sizes and accessories are included, and how easy is swapping heads?

The kit arrives with three tool-free rivet heads sized for 3.2 mm, 4.0 mm, and 4.8 mm rivets so you can change sizes in seconds without extra tools. Also included are 150 rivets—half aluminum and half stainless—to suit rust-prone or general-purpose applications. A compact wrench and a user manual are stored in the molded case to keep everything organized and protected during transport.

• 3 tool-free heads: 3.2 mm, 4.0 mm, 4.8 mm
• 150 rivets: 75 aluminum, 75 stainless
• Molded carrying case keeps components secure and visible

Does it work cordless and what batteries are compatible?

This rivet gun is designed for cordless convenience and accepts DeWalt 20V Max batteries (battery and charger not included). Going cordless lets you work in tight, elevated, or remote locations without extension cords. The compact body and ergonomic handle reduce hand fatigue during extended use and improve balance when working in awkward positions.

• Compatible with DeWalt 20V Max battery platforms (battery not included)
• Cordless design for mobility and overhead tasks
• Ergonomic grip reduces hand fatigue during long jobs

What controls and convenience features speed up a job?

The tool includes an automatic eject-on-release function so spent mandrels are cleared when you let go of the trigger, plus a reverse switch to reposition rivets when needed. A built-in LED illuminates dim workspaces for more accurate placement, and the reverse option increases control if a rivet needs adjustment. These features help keep workflow steady on both single and repetitive fastening tasks.

• Automatic ejects mandrels on trigger release
• Reverse switch for repositioning and improved accuracy
• Integrated LED light for dark or confined spaces
