Disklok Steering Wheel Protection Cover Black — stretch-fit leather sleeve, fits under Disklok

Disklok DE 86515 Black Steering Wheel Protection Cover is a soft, stretch-fit leather sleeve that slips over your steering wheel to prevent scratches and fits neatly under any Disklok unit.

This protective cover from Disklok offers a simple, low-profile way to shield your steering wheel from abrasions, dirt and wear when a Disklok is in use or stored inside. Made from a high-quality leather-like fabric with elasticated edges, the sleeve stretches for a universal fit and packs away inside the Disklok housing when not needed. It’s designed specifically to work with Disklok steering wheel locks, providing an extra layer of surface protection without changing how your Disklok functions.

How does this cover keep my steering wheel safe?

The cover creates a soft barrier between the Disklok and the wheel’s material, reducing scuffs, pressure marks and transfer of dirt. Its smooth leather-like face avoids rough seams or hard edges that can abrade leather or painted finishes. The elasticized rim holds it securely so the sleeve stays in place while you fit or remove the lock.

• Soft, leather-like fabric prevents surface scratches
• Elastic edge secures fit and prevents shifting
• Fits under Disklok without interfering with lock placement
• Easy to remove for cleaning or storage inside Disklok

Will this cover fit my steering wheel and Disklok model?

The Disklok DE 86515 cover is engineered as a universal, stretch-fit accessory that accommodates most common wheel diameters and rim shapes. Because it is designed to sit beneath any Disklok unit, compatibility is broad across Disklok models. For extremely thick racing-style rims or aftermarket oversized wheels, double-check dimensions before purchase.

• Universal stretch-fit adapts to standard wheel sizes
• Designed specifically to fit under Disklok locks
• Not intended for oversized or non-standard thick rims
• Compact enough to store inside Disklok when not in use

How easy is it to install, remove, and maintain?

Installation takes only a few seconds: stretch the sleeve over the steering wheel and tuck the elastic edge into place. Removal is equally quick for cleaning or to store inside the Disklok unit. The cover cleans with a damp cloth; avoid harsh chemicals to preserve the leather-like finish.

• Quick on/off—no tools required
• Wipes clean with mild soap and water
• Compact foldable design stores inside Disklok housing
• Durable seams resist everyday stretching and handling

What materials and build quality can I expect?

Constructed from a premium leather-textured fabric, the sleeve balances softness with tear resistance for long-term use. Stitching and elastic are selected to withstand repeated stretching while preserving the sleeve’s shape. The result is a protective cover that complements the robust security of a Disklok without adding bulk or interfering with the lock’s operation.

• High-quality leather-like fabric for surface protection
• Reinforced seams reduce risk of tearing
• Elasticated rim for consistent, snug fit
• Lightweight and low-profile design
