DIYtoolifz Cordless Fuel Transfer Pump 6 GPM — Dewalt 20V Compatible, Auto-Shutoff & 78" Hose

The DIYtoolifz 6 GPM Cordless Fuel Transfer Pump is a portable, battery-powered fuel transfer solution that moves up to 6 gallons per minute and features an automatic shutoff sensor for spill prevention.

This lightweight, cordless pump is built to move gasoline, diesel, or oil quickly and safely where a power outlet isn't available. It accepts Dewalt 20V and Milwaukee 18V batteries (battery not included) and also runs from a 12V vehicle outlet or direct battery clamps. With a long reinforced hose and multiple adaptors, it fits most fuel cans and is designed for mobile refueling of generators, farm equipment, vehicles, and outdoor machines.

How fast does this pump transfer fuel and what fluids can I use?

The pump delivers up to 6 gallons per minute, allowing fast refills for tanks, cans, and portable equipment. It's engineered for common liquid fuels but avoid solvents or fluids not specified by the manufacturer.

• Maximum flow rate: 6 GPM (gallons per minute)
• Compatible fluids: gasoline, diesel, and oil
• Not intended for aggressive chemicals or solvents
• Suitable for generators, tractors, boats, and automotive cans

What safety features prevent spills and overfills?

An integrated auto-stop sensor detects when a receiving tank is full and immediately stops fuel flow, reducing the chance of overflow. The pump also provides an audible beep to alert you when the shutoff activates so you can disconnect safely.

• Built-in auto-stop sensor cuts power at full level
• Audible beep confirms shutoff
• Helps avoid waste and surface spills during refueling
• Recommended to replace original cap before storage or transport

How does the 3-in-1 power flexibility work in real use?

The pump accepts multiple input sources for maximum versatility: Dewalt 20V and Milwaukee 18V batteries, a 12V vehicle accessory outlet, or direct 12V battery clamps. That means you can refuel in a remote field, at a jobsite, or roadside without hunting for a charger.

• Battery compatibility: Dewalt 20V and Milwaukee 18V (batteries not included)
• Vehicle power: plugs into 12V accessory sockets
• Direct battery clamps: attach to a 12V battery for continuous power
• Ideal for cordless operation or connected power on long transfers

What hose and adapter options come with the pump and how do I check fit?

The kit includes a 78-inch reinforced hose and five universal adapters to match a wide range of can openings. Before use, check that the pump body (1.3 inches diameter) fits the can opening; it will not fit openings smaller than 1.4 inches.

• Hose length: 78 inches reinforced for flexible reach
• Adapters included: 2", 2.1", 2.5", 2.75", 3.75"
• Pump body diameter: 1.3" — measure can opening before purchase
• Reminder: adapter is for mounting only, not a replacement cap

Who is this for: The DIYtoolifz 6 GPM Cordless Fuel Transfer Pump is designed for owners of portable equipment, small farms, contractors, boaters, and anyone who needs reliable, mobile refueling. It's a practical choice when you require fast flow, multiple power options, and a safety-focused auto-stop system for use away from fixed fueling stations.
