DNA MOTORING 40" Folding 2-in-1 Rolling Z Creeper, Black — Padded Seat, 6 Casters, 330 lb Capacity

The DNA Motoring 40" Folding 2-in-1 Rolling Z Creeper is a convertible garage creeper that switches quickly between a low-profile lay-down platform and a padded rolling seat for hands-free comfort and mobility.

This multi-function creeper was engineered for mechanics, hobbyists, and DIYers who need a stable, comfortable work surface that moves smoothly around tight garage spaces. Built on a heavy-duty tubular steel frame with six polyurethane swivel casters and a thick padded cushion, the unit supports up to 330 lbs (150 kg) and folds compactly for storage. Its Z-style convertible design turns a full-length creeper into a seat in seconds, reducing the need to stand up repeatedly while working on vehicles or equipment.

How does the 2-in-1 folding design save time and effort?

The Z-fold mechanism allows the creeper to transform from a flat, lay-down platform into a raised rolling seat without tools. This quick switch reduces interruptions when moving between under-vehicle access and upright tasks, so you can maintain workflow and focus on the job.

• Converts in seconds between flat creeper and low seat
• Compact folded profile for easy storage under benches
• Eliminates repeated standing or bending during multi-step tasks

What makes the frame and wheels durable enough for workshop use?

DNA Motoring uses a heavy-duty tubular steel frame to resist bending and maintain stability under load. Non-marring polyurethane casters are mounted on swivel housings so the creeper glides smoothly across concrete, tile, and shop floors while protecting surfaces from scuffs.

• Reinforced tubular steel construction for long-term strength
• Six polyurethane swivel casters for controlled, quiet movement
• Casters designed to resist wear and protect shop floors

How comfortable and practical is the padded surface during long jobs?

The thick padded cushion offers lumbar support and reduces pressure while working in prone or seated positions. Cushioning covers the full length of the creeper so you get consistent comfort whether laying flat or sitting upright, which helps reduce fatigue on longer projects.

• Full-length padded seat for both lay-down and seated use
• Padded contouring to support lower back and hips
• Durable upholstery designed for workshop conditions

What are the size and load limits — will it fit my workspace and needs?

The creeper measures 40 inches long, 17.32 inches wide, and 4.7 inches high in the lay-flat configuration, offering ample length for most users and engine bays. It supports up to 330 lbs (150 kg), making it suitable for a wide range of users and workshop tasks while remaining compact enough for tight spaces.

• Overall length: 40" for generous under-vehicle clearance
• Width: 17.32" to fit between narrow chassis and components
• Load capacity: 330 lbs / 150 kg for reliable support

Who is this for: The DNA Motoring 40" Folding 2-in-1 Rolling Z Creeper is ideal for professional mechanics, backyard restorers, and weekend DIYers who want a single tool that functions as both a low-profile creeper and a mobile seat. If you need a durable, easy-to-store solution that reduces physical strain and speeds up garage tasks, this convertible creeper offers practical mobility, cushioned comfort, and the capacity to handle everyday workshop demands.
