Built from durable EPDM rubber, the hose is rated for a wide temperature range and engineered to match the fit and function expected where Gates 27042 parts are specified.

How will this kit fit my existing washer or vacuum system?

The hose has an inner diameter of 5/32" (4 mm), matching the sizing used by many factory windshield washer and small-vacuum lines and designed to be a direct replacement for Gates 27042. Its flexibility and standard connector assortment let you recreate factory routings and junctions with minimal trimming.

What parts come in the kit and how do they simplify installation?

Along with the 25-foot hose, Dreyoo provides 20 accessories—five each of clamps, straight connectors, T-connectors, and Y-connectors—so you won’t need to source small parts during repair. The kit is aimed at DIY mechanics and shops that need a single-package solution for common washer and vacuum line work.

• 5 T-connectors to recreate factory branching points.
• 5 Y-connectors for angled splits and nozzle feeds.
• 5 clamps to secure each connection and prevent leaks.

How durable is the hose and what conditions can it handle?

The hose is manufactured from EPDM rubber known for resistance to heat, ozone, and many automotive fluids. It remains flexible in cold weather and can withstand temperatures from -30°C up to +120°C (-22°F to +248°F), providing stable performance across typical automotive climates.

• EPDM construction resists ozone, heat, and coolant exposure.
• Wide operating range: -30°C to +120°C (-22°F to +248°F).
• Designed to maintain flexibility and minimize cracking in cold.
• Clamps provide secure seals to reduce leaks and air ingress.

Can I install this myself and what tools do I need?

Yes—this kit is designed for straightforward DIY installation. The hose is flexible for easy routing, and the included clamps and connectors make it simple to join sections or replace damaged segments without specialized tools.

• Cut hose to length with scissors or a utility knife.
• Push-fit connectors then secure with the included clamps.
