Dynofit F150 Upper Control Arms are heavy‑duty tubular front arms engineered to correct ball‑joint angles and improve clearance for 2–4" leveling or lift kits on 2004–2020 Ford F‑150 (non‑Raptor) vehicles.
Upgrading factory upper control arms is one of the most effective ways to restore steering geometry and reduce premature wear after lifting a truck. These Dynofit UCAs are built with optimized tube geometry, replaceable heat‑treated ball joints, and premium polyurethane bushings to deliver stronger off‑road durability and smoother on‑road handling compared with stock or budget replacements. The kit is specifically tuned for 2–4" lifts and includes design tips about wheel offset to help avoid tire rub.
Raising a F‑150 changes the ball‑joint angle and suspension geometry, which can cause uneven wear, poor alignment, and rubbing. Dynofit’s extended tubular arms reposition the upper ball joint to a better angle for lifted setups, reducing stress on CVs and improving tire clearance. Builders and installers will notice easier alignment and more consistent steering feel after fitment.
These arms use a heat‑treated ball joint with a zinc‑nickel finish for corrosion resistance and longevity; crucially, the ball joint is replaceable when it eventually wears. The bushings are premium polyurethane with a grooved design to retain lubricant, lower noise, and deliver firmer steering than rubber bushings. Both components are serviceable so you replace individual wear parts, not the whole control arm.
The tube angle has been engineered to avoid rubbing against the coil spring once the vehicle's weight is on the suspension; minor contact can appear during installation but typically disappears after lowering the jack. Clearance also depends on wheel offset: conservative stock wheels (ET44) may still require a 1.5" wheel spacer or wheels with lower offsets for full clearance. Dynofit recommends verifying wheel offsets before purchase and offers matching spacers in the store.
Dynofit provides a lifetime warranty on the tubular arms and a 12‑month warranty on ball joints and bushings, giving added confidence for off‑road use. Always verify year and model compatibility—these arms fit 2004–2020 Ford F‑150 models except the Raptor. Installation may require alignment after fitment, and professional installation is recommended if you are not experienced with suspension work.
Who is this for? These Dynofit upper control arms are aimed at F‑150 owners who have added 2–4" of lift or leveling height and want to restore correct suspension geometry, extend component life, and improve on‑ and off‑road handling. Ideal buyers include weekend trail riders, overland modifiers, and anyone seeking a serviceable, long‑term upgrade over OEM arms—especially if you plan to keep your truck lifted for years and prefer replaceable wear components.
Q: Do these control arms fit Raptor models?
A: No. These Dynofit UCAs are compatible with 2004–2020 Ford F‑150 models except Raptor variants.
Q: Are the ball joints serviceable or replaceable?
A: Yes. The ball joints are heat‑treated, zinc‑nickel coated, and designed to be replaced without swapping the whole arm.
