EKLN Blend Door Actuator for 2013–2017 Chevy Equinox & GMC Terrain — OEM 604-180 Fit, Durable

If your Equinox or Terrain is experiencing incorrect airflow direction, stuck vents, or inconsistent cabin temperature control, this EKLN blend door actuator is engineered to replace the OEM 604-180 unit and return reliable operation. The actuator uses a reinforced plastic housing and precision circuit board to resist heat, vibration and corrosion—helping it perform like the original while offering a 12-month warranty for added confidence.

How will this actuator affect my vehicle’s HVAC performance?

Installing the EKLN blend door actuator restores the ability to route air to defrost, floor, or dash vents according to the selected HVAC mode. It drives the internal doors that direct airflow, so a functional actuator removes unwanted noises and prevents vents from sticking in one position.

• Restores proper vent selection (defrost, floor, dash)
• Eliminates clicking, grinding, or intermittent airflow problems
• Works with existing HVAC controls and blend doors

• Durable plastic housing resists cracking and deformation
• Precision electronics reduce failure from heat or vibration
