EOPOAYI Rear Drum Brake Shoe Assembly for Coleman CT200U/Axis M200 196cc — Aluminum Drum with Chain Tensioner Kit

EOPOAYI rear drum brake shoe assembly is a complete replacement kit for Coleman CT200U/BT200X/Axis M200 196cc mini bikes that restores rear braking performance and adds a chain tensioner for safer rides.

If your CT200U family mini bike needs a dependable rear brake rebuild, this EOPOAYI kit supplies the drum, two brake shoes and two chain tensioner adjusters engineered to increase contact area and resist slipping. Built from durable aluminum alloy with replacement shoes included, the assembly is designed to match the fit and function of popular 196cc 6.5HP Coleman models so you can quickly restore stopping power and chain alignment.

How does this assembly improve braking compared with worn parts?

The EOPOAYI drum and shoes increase the contact surface inside the brake drum, creating stronger friction and helping prevent sudden clutching or skid-prone stops. New brake lining surfaces give more predictable modulation at different speeds.

• Wider shoe-to-drum contact reduces fade from uneven wear.
• Two replacement shoes included for complete restoration.
• Machined aluminum drum resists deformation under load.

Will this fit my Coleman CT200U or Axis M200 mini bike?

This rear drum brake assembly was designed to be compatible with a range of 196cc 6.5HP mini bike models, including Coleman CT200U variants, BT200X, CT200U-EX/EXR/TRAIL, CT200U-A/AC and Axis M200. Verify part dimensions and mounting points against your bike to ensure correct fit before installation.

• Made for 196cc 6.5HP Coleman-style mini bikes.
• Matches OEM-style mounting and axle interface.
• Includes all brake-side hardware needed for replacement.

What comes in the box and what tools will I need?

The kit includes one brake drum, two brake shoes, and two chain tensioner adjusters so you have the primary components for a rear brake rebuild and chain adjustment. Basic hand tools and shop time are usually sufficient for installation; no specialized presses are required for most home mechanics.

• Contents: 1 brake drum, 2 brake shoes, 2 chain tensioner adjusters.
• Common tools: wrenches, socket set, screwdriver, and torque wrench.
• Recommended: a clean work area and a service manual for torque specs.

How durable is the EOPOAYI brake kit under regular riding?

Manufactured from quality aluminum alloy and fitted with robust brake shoe material, the assembly is built to withstand routine off-road and recreational use. Regular inspection and correct adjustment of the chain tensioners will help prolong component life and maintain consistent braking feel.

• Aluminum alloy drum resists corrosion and warping.
• Brake shoes designed for extended service life under typical loads.
• Chain tensioner adjusters help prevent premature chain and sprocket wear.

Who is this for: EOPOAYI’s rear drum brake shoe assembly is intended for owners and mechanics of Coleman CT200U-series and Axis M200 196cc mini bikes who want a full rear brake replacement kit that includes both brake shoes and chain tensioner adjusters. It’s a good choice for weekend riders, small-shop technicians, and DIY enthusiasts who need a reliable, component-matched solution to restore brake performance and maintain correct chain tension.
