ESMING RV Vent Insulator Reflective Skylight Cover — 22x14" & 14x14" 3" Thick, Heat-Blocking & Noise-Reducing

ESMING RV Vent Insulator is a two-size, reflective skylight cover that fits 22"x14" and 14"x14" vents to block sunlight, cut heat, and reduce outside noise while preserving privacy.

Keep your camper, RV, or motorhome interior cooler in summer and more private year-round with this easy-install vent cover. The insulated 3" thickness combines a reflective outer shell with memory foam core to create a barrier against sunlight, sound, and drafts. Designed for universal fit and compact storage, it installs into standard roof vents and includes a simple fixing accessory for a secure hold.

How does this skylight shade lower interior temperature?

The bright silver reflective outer layer bounces direct sunlight away from your RV roof surface, greatly reducing radiant heat transfer. The 3" memory-sponge filling provides thermal resistance, slowing heat flow into the vehicle so interior temperatures rise more slowly on hot days.

• Reflective polyethylene-coated nylon outer layer deflects solar radiation
• 3" memory foam core adds insulation value and reduces heat conduction
• Fits directly into 22"x14" or 14"x14" vent frames for full coverage

Will it reduce outside noise and improve privacy?

Yes—its dense foam core dampens external sounds and the fully covered skylight prevents light from passing through, keeping the interior darker and more private. The snug rubberized sleeve helps form a close fit in the vent frame to minimize gaps where noise or light could get in.

• Memory-sponge core absorbs and muffles road and campsite noise
• Opaque reflective shell blocks light and sightlines
• Rubberized sleeve edge secures the seal against vent frames

How easy is installation and storage?

Installation is straightforward: slide the foam insert into the nylon sleeve, zip it closed, then place into the skylight frame; a small fixing accessory is supplied for added security. The cover compresses for vacuum packaging and expands after unpacking, and its lightweight, compressible construction stashes easily when not in use.

• Comes vacuum-packed—recovers shape in about 1 hour (up to 24 hours in cold conditions)
• Zippered sleeve and supplied fastener make installation quick and tool-free
• Compressible for compact storage in tight RV compartments

What materials and sizes are included?

The product pairs a bright silver polyethylene reflective coating over a nylon outer shell with a memory-sponge interior for combined reflectivity, insulation, and softness. This listing includes one universal-fit pack sized for common roof vents: 22" x 14" x 3" and 14" x 14" x 3" thicknesses to suit most camper skylights.

• Outer: bright silver reflective polyethylene-coated nylon for sun reflection
• Core: memory sponge for thermal and acoustic insulation
• Sizes: fits standard 22"x14" and 14"x14" RV vent openings with 3" thickness
