Etre Jeune 11-Piece Mechanic Pick & Hook Set — Red with Telescoping Magnetic Pickup & Gasket Scraper

Etre Jeune 11-piece pick and hook set is a complete automotive and mechanic toolkit that removes O‑rings, seals, hoses, clips and retrieves small metal parts with precision.

Whether you’re working on cars, small engines, home repairs or electronics, this compact red set combines angled picks, a gasket scraper and an extendable magnetic pickup so you can access, pry and recover components without damaging parts. Built from heat-treated carbon steel with ergonomic handles, the tools balance durability with comfort for repetitive use.

How does this set make removing O‑rings and seals easier?

The assortment of angled picks gives you controlled leverage to lift and remove stubborn O‑rings and seals from grooves without stretching or tearing them. Different hook angles let you approach seals from awkward orientations so you preserve mating surfaces.

• Five larger picks (25.5 cm full length) for deep recesses and tougher seals
• Four smaller picks (16.5 cm) for tight spaces and delicate trim
• 180°, 135°, 90° and 45° angles to match seal orientations
• Gasket scraper for removing residual gasket material cleanly

Can this set help when something metal falls into hard‑to‑reach places?

Yes — the telescoping magnetic pickup extends up to 27 inches and includes an LED light so you can retrieve dropped screws, drill bits or fasteners in dim, confined locations. The extendable shaft reduces bending and improves visibility when working under vehicles or inside engine bays.

• Telescopic length to 27" (68.6 cm) for deep retrievals
• Built-in LED for locating metal parts in low light
• Magnetic tip securely picks up small ferrous items
• Compact collapsed size fits in toolboxes or glove boxes

What materials and design features ensure these tools last?

Each rod is made from heat-treated carbon steel for strength and wear resistance, while the simple ergonomic handles reduce hand fatigue during extended use. The set’s red handles make tools easy to spot in a cluttered workspace.

• Heat-treated carbon steel rods for toughness and longevity
• Comfort-grip handles for better control and reduced strain
• Varied lengths and angles for versatile mechanical work
• Durable gasket scraper with a 1" blade for repeat use

How do I use these tools without damaging components?

Work slowly and use the correctly angled pick for the job: choose smaller tools for delicate clips and larger picks for stubborn seals. Keep pick tips clean, apply steady pressure, and let the tool’s angle do the work rather than prying wildly to avoid gouging mating surfaces.

• Select the smallest effective pick for minimal disturbance
• Use the gasket scraper at a shallow angle to lift residue
• Extend the magnetic pickup only when needed to avoid tool damage
• Replace bent or worn picks to maintain precision

It’s also an affordable, practical gift for enthusiasts who perform regular maintenance on cars, motorcycles, lawn equipment or appliances.
