eVerHITCH 2" American Flag Metal Trailer Hitch Cover — Carbon Steel, Anti-Rattle Pin

The eVerHitch 2" American Flag Metal Trailer Hitch Cover is a heavy-duty, weather-resistant hitch plug with a raised stainless steel American flag emblem designed to fit standard 2-inch receivers and reduce rattle while adding patriotic style.

Give your truck, SUV, or tow vehicle a purposeful finishing touch with this metal hitch cover from eVerHITCH. Built from carbon steel with a polished stainless steel flag emblem, the cover protects an open 2" receiver from dirt and debris while upgrading your vehicle's look. It includes an anti-rattle hitch pin bolt and a weather-resistant finish so it holds up outdoors and on long drives.

How does this hitch cover protect my trailer receiver?

The cover blocks rain, road grime, and pests from entering an unused 2" receiver, helping prevent corrosion and buildup. Its solid metal construction offers greater impact and abrasion resistance compared with soft plugs.

• Fits standard 2" square receivers to seal the opening.
• Carbon steel body shields against impacts and grime.
• Raised stainless steel emblem resists rust at the visible surface.

Will it stay secure while towing or on rough roads?

Yes — the included anti-rattle hitch pin bolt helps lock the cover in place and reduces unwanted movement or vibration. The threaded-style pin tightens the assembly and minimizes clanking noises common with loose covers.

• Anti-rattle hitch pin bolt included for a snug fit.
• Metal-to-metal contact reduces play compared to friction plugs.
• Durable finish keeps the fastener protected from the elements.

How durable is the finish and emblem outdoors?

The emblem is crafted from stainless steel for long-lasting polish and corrosion resistance, while the hitch cover body uses heavy carbon steel with a weather-resistant coating. The combination helps maintain appearance in sunlight, rain, and road spray.

• Stainless steel emblem resists tarnish and rust.
• UV-resistant coating preserves color and gloss.
• Waterproof construction helps prevent moisture damage.

What style and fit options should I consider before buying?

Make sure your vehicle uses a standard 2" receiver — measure the opening to confirm compatibility. The patriotic raised American flag emblem adds a polished, embossed look that pairs well with trucks, SUVs, and work vehicles for a customized, professional appearance.

• Confirm a 2" receiver opening before ordering.
• Raised emblem provides a premium, three-dimensional detail.
• Ideal for show vehicles, daily drivers, and gift purchases.
