Explore Land Tire Covers 2-Pack – Fits 29–31.75" Tires, Heavy-Duty Black Vinyl, UV & Water-Resistant

Explore Land Tire Covers 2 Pack: heavy-duty black vinyl spare tire protectors sized to fit tire diameters 29–31.75 inches for all-season exterior protection.

These Explore Land tire covers are designed to shield exposed spare tires and wheels from sun, dirt, moisture, and airborne debris while your vehicle is parked. Built from durable vinyl with a soft backing and a windproof fastening system, the pair delivers long-lasting protection for Jeeps, SUVs, trailers, RVs and other vehicles that carry an external spare. The covers are water-resistant, UV stabilized, and simple to install and clean.

How do these covers protect tires when a vehicle is parked?

The covers block UV rays, road grime and moisture that contribute to rubber cracking and corrosion of wheel components. Their coated vinyl surface sheds water and resists fading, while the soft inner layer prevents abrasion against the tire.

• UV-stabilized vinyl reduces sun damage and fading
• Water-resistant coating repels rain and splashes
• Soft, non-scratch backing protects tire sidewall finish
• Set of two provides paired protection for dual-spare arrangements

Will these covers stay on in windy conditions?

Yes — Explore Land included an elastic cord with an auto-lock mechanism so each cover cinches tightly around the tire. The design minimizes the need for extra ties or through-holes, improving wind resistance and keeping the cover secure during gusts.

• Elastic cord tightens quickly for a snug fit
• Auto-lock keeps the cord from slipping loose
• No additional straps or holes required for installation
• Reduced flapping lowers wear and noise in wind

What tire sizes will these covers fit and how do I measure?

The pair fits tire diameters from 29 inches up to 31.75 inches — this measurement refers to the overall tire diameter (not rim size). To confirm fit, measure across the tire from one outer edge to the opposite outer edge and compare to the range.

• Fits overall tire diameters: 29"–31.75" (not rim diameter)
• Measure tire outer edge to outer edge for accuracy
• Refer to the fitting guide image for visual help
• Contact Explore Land support by email for fit questions

How do I care for and clean these tire covers?

Maintenance is straightforward: wipe the exterior with clean water to remove dirt and salt, then let them air dry before storing or reinstalling. The coated vinyl resists staining and does not require detergents for routine cleaning.

• Wipe with clean water for regular cleaning
• Air dry to avoid trapping moisture against the tire
• Store in a cool, dry place when not in use to extend life
• Inspect periodically for wear, especially after severe weather

Who is this for? These covers are ideal for owners of Jeeps, SUVs, trucks, trailers, campers, motorhomes and RVs that carry an external spare tire within the 29–31.75 inch diameter range. They suit drivers who want a low-maintenance, weather-resistant protection solution with a secure, windproof fit and a finish that won’t scratch tire surfaces.
