Explore Land Winch Dust Cover 15.5x8.5x7 — Waterproof UV-Stabilized with Elastic Hem & Quick-Clip Buckles

The Explore Land Waterproof Universal Winch Dust Cover is a heavy-duty, UV-stabilized protective cover sized 15.5" x 8.5" x 7" that shields most 2,000–4,500 lb winches from sun, dust, and debris.

Keep your winch ready for work with a purpose-built cover that balances rugged protection and easy on-off convenience. Constructed from waterproof material with a non-scratch backing and UV treatment, this cover is designed to resist fading and damage from outdoor elements while preventing abrasion to winch finishes. Quick-clip buckles and an elastic hem help it stay secure whether parked or on the trail.

How does this cover protect my winch during storage and transport?

The Explore Land cover blocks sunlight, grit, and flying debris that cause surface wear and premature corrosion. Its waterproof fabric sheds rain and road spray, while the UV stabilization reduces sun-driven deterioration of both cover and winch housing.

• Waterproof outer layer repels moisture and road splash.
• UV-treated material limits sun fading and breakdown.
• Non-scratch backing prevents abrasion to winch finishes.
• Full-coverage sizing keeps dirt and stones away from the line and drum.

Will it stay in place when I drive off-road or on highways?

Yes — the cover uses an elasticized hem plus two quick-clip buckles to create a snug fit that resists wind lift and shifting. These fasteners are simple to engage and release, so installation takes seconds but remains reliable while moving.

• Elastic hem for a tight wrap around the winch base.
• Two quick-clip buckles lock the cover under the winch for extra security.
• Designed for use while driving, not just parked storage.

What size winches fit this cover and what else is included?

The cover measures 15.5" long x 8.5" wide x 7" high and fits most common winches rated between 2,000 and 4,500 pounds. Each package also includes a bonus winch puller tool to help you extract the rope or cable quickly and safely.

• Exterior dimensions: 15.5" L x 8.5" W x 7" H.
• Compatible with winches in the 2,000–4,500 lb capacity range.
• Packaged with one complimentary winch puller for easier line access.

How durable is the material and how long will it last outdoors?

Fabric is heavy-duty and UV-stabilized to withstand outdoor use, while reinforced stitching and a protective inner lining reduce wear from vibration and movement. Though longevity depends on conditions and care, the combination of waterproofing and UV treatment significantly extends service life compared with basic covers.

• Heavy-duty construction resists tears and abrasion.
• UV stabilization slows sun-driven degradation.
• Non-abrasive inner backing protects winch paint and components.

It’s ideal for people who need a quick-fitting solution that stays secure on the road, protects winch finishes, and comes with a practical accessory (the winch puller) to simplify rope handling.
