How do I install the 5430 regulator safely?

Installation is straightforward: attach the regulator to the stove inlet and screw the other end onto a 1-pound propane cylinder, tightening securely. Proper torque and a leak check after assembly are essential for safe operation.

• Tighten connections hand-firm, then a small additional turn—avoid over-tightening.
• Check for leaks using soapy water at connections; look for bubbles before lighting.
• If you smell gas or detect a leak, stop and re-seat or replace the regulator.

What materials and performance can I expect from this regulator?

The FATCANMA 5430 is made from stainless steel, aluminum alloy and solid brass to resist corrosion and deliver a reliable gas path. It is designed to maintain an approximate 15 PSI pressure output typical for these Coleman stove applications.

• Durable brass fittings for reliable thread integrity and sealing.
• Aluminum and stainless components for lightweight strength and corrosion resistance.
• Engineered to hold steady pressure for consistent burner performance.

What precautions and compatibility checks should I perform?

Double-check that your stove model appears on the supported list and inspect the regulator before each use. Use only approved disposable 1-pound propane cylinders, and follow manufacturer safety guidance for both the stove and fuel source.

• Confirm model number on stove before ordering to avoid incompatible fit.
• Use with one-pound (16.4 oz) propane cylinders only; do not adapt larger tanks.
• Contact seller support if you are unsure about compatibility or have pre/post-sales questions.

The FATCANMA 5430 regulator is for outdoor enthusiasts, campers, and anyone who owns one of the listed Coleman portable stove models and needs a dependable replacement or spare regulator for 1-pound propane canisters. It suits users who want a rugged, metal-bodied part that maintains consistent pressure and is easy to install, provided they verify model compatibility before purchase.
