Fel-Pro PermaDryPlus Oil Pan Gasket Set for Honda Pilot OS 30954T — Steel‑backed, Pre‑formed Silicone Seal

Fel-Pro OS 30954 T is a ready-to-install PermaDryPlus oil pan gasket set with SpeedFit technology designed to replace RTV on compatible Honda models for a cleaner, faster oil pan service.

When replacing an oil pan on many Honda vehicles, the factory used RTV sealant that requires careful application and cure time. The Fel-Pro OS 30954 T gasket set removes the guesswork by providing a pre-formed, steel-backed gasket with precision silicone sealing beads engineered to deliver a uniform seal without waiting for sealant to dry. That means fewer installation errors, less mess, and a shorter downtime during routine or repair maintenance.

How does this gasket replace RTV and simplify installation?

Instead of manually applying liquid RTV and risking missed areas or excess sealant, the OS 30954 T arrives pre-shaped to the oil pan flange. Installers simply position the gasket and torque the pan to spec, eliminating cure times and reducing clean-up.

• Pre-formed gasket replaces the need for liquid RTV on specified Honda oil pans
• Speeds up installation—no waiting for sealant to set
• Less chance of smudges, excess sealant, or missed sealing spots

What materials and design make this gasket durable?

The gasket uses a steel carrier for structural support combined with engineered silicone sealing beads that conform to flange irregularities. This construction balances rigidity and flexibility to maintain a reliable seal over time under thermal cycling and vibration.

• Steel carrier provides shape retention and stability
• Precision silicone beads create a consistent sealing surface
• Designed to resist oil exposure and routine engine vibrations

Which Honda vehicles does this Fel-Pro gasket fit?

This set is made for a wide range of Honda models and years—confirm fitment for your specific vehicle before purchase. Use full vehicle details (year, make, model, engine, and trim) to verify compatibility and consult qualifier notes if present.

• Covers various Honda models including Pilot, Odyssey, Ridgeline, Accord, Crosstour, Passport (see fitment list)
• Fits multiple model years—always check vehicle specifics before ordering
• Designed to match the original oil pan sealing method for listed vehicles

Will this gasket reduce installation mistakes and mess?

Yes—because the part is manufactured to the correct profile, it eliminates many common RTV-related errors such as too much, too little, or smeared sealant. Technicians and DIYers benefit from faster turnaround and a neater workspace.

• Reduces chances of leak paths caused by uneven RTV application
• Minimizes cleanup and simplifies torque-down procedure
• Helps ensure a repeatable seal across installations

Who is this for: The Fel-Pro OS 30954 T gasket set is aimed at professional mechanics and competent DIY enthusiasts replacing oil pans on supported Honda models who want a cleaner, faster alternative to applying RTV sealant. If you value reliability, reduced shop time, and a tidy installation, this gasket set is designed to deliver those benefits—just confirm fitment to your vehicle before purchase.
