Flaurix Rust Remover Spray for Steel & Iron, 2 x 120ml — No-Scrub, Fast-Acting Rust Converter

Flaurix 2Pcs Highly Concentrated Rust Remover is a fast-acting, no-scrub spray that dissolves and converts rust on steel and iron surfaces for a clean, protected finish.

Designed for hobbyists, mechanics and homeowners, this dual-bottle kit includes two 120 ml (4 fl. oz.) concentrated spray bottles formulated to penetrate flaky corrosion and leave metal ready for reuse or protection. The product works on a wide range of ferrous surfaces—tools, bike frames, bolts, grills and car parts—reducing labor by avoiding tedious manual scrubbing. It also acts as a rust converter to help inhibit re-corrosion when applied correctly and allowed to cure.

How quickly does Flaurix remove rust?

Results are visible within minutes on light surface rust; heavier, pitted corrosion may take multiple applications. The concentrated chemistry is formulated to break down oxidation and lift rust without mechanical abrasion.

• Light rust: visible clearing in 5–20 minutes.
• Moderate rust: 1–2 treatments with dwell time per label directions.
• Severe corrosion: repeated applications and post-treatment sealing recommended.
• Two 120 ml bottles provide extra coverage for follow-up or multiple items.

Do I need to scrub or sand after spraying?

No heavy scrubbing is required for most jobs; the spray is formulated to dissolve and convert rust so flakes lift away. You may need a brush or cloth to remove loosened residue for the cleanest finish, especially where loose scale is present.

• Apply and let dwell — scraping often unnecessary.
• Wipe or rinse residue for a clean surface before painting or sealing.
• Use a nylon brush for stubborn scale without damaging underlying metal.
• Suitable for spot-treatment as well as larger assemblies.

What surfaces and projects is this best for?

The formula targets steel and iron components but is safe for many stainless steel, automotive parts and hardware when used as directed. It’s ideal for restoring hand tools, bicycle frames, lawn equipment, grills, bolts, fasteners and metal trim prior to repainting or reassembly.

• Tools and workbench hardware — restores functionality.
• Automotive and motorcycle parts — prepares for refinishing.
• Outdoor equipment like grills and garden tools — removes surface oxidation.
• Fasteners and bolts — frees seized threads and improves fit.

How do I use Flaurix safely and get lasting protection?

Use in a well-ventilated area, follow label precautions and wear gloves and eye protection. Apply to a clean, dry surface, allow the recommended dwell time, remove residues, then protect the treated metal with paint, oil or a rust-inhibiting coating to extend results.

• Shake bottle and spray evenly over rusted area.
• Let sit per instructions, then wipe or rinse away residue.
• Allow to dry fully before applying a protective finish.
• Store bottles upright and keep out of reach of children.
