Floshine Performance Universal Muffler 2.5" ID x 2.5" OD, 17" Length — Dual-Chamber Quieting, Aluminized Steel

Floshine Universal Mufflers Dual Chamber FH8C25C25 is a 2.5" inlet/outlet, 17" overall performance muffler built to reduce exhaust resonance while fitting most vehicles with clamp or weld installation.

This dual-chamber performance muffler blends durable aluminized-steel construction with internal partitions and a drainage channel to extend service life and manage thermal movement. Designed as a universal replacement, it provides quieter, more refined exhaust character without radical tone changes or complex modifications. Before ordering, confirm your vehicle's exhaust diameter and available clearance so installation goes smoothly.

How does this muffler reduce noise while keeping performance?

The dual-chamber layout absorbs and redirects sound waves to dampen interior resonance and lower radiated noise. Internal baffles and aerodynamic shaping minimize turbulent flow that can amplify certain tones, preserving exhaust flow while softening harsh notes.

• Dual-chamber internal design for smoother sound attenuation
• Aerodynamic internal paths reduce resonance peaks
• OE-style domed heads help lower perceived volume
• Maintains unrestricted 2.5" flow for performance consistency

Will this muffler fit my car and how is it installed?

Floshine FH8C25C25 is a universal-fit muffler with 2.5" inner-diameter inlet and outlet, suitable for many mid-size and aftermarket exhaust setups. It is designed for clamp-on installation or welding, so fitment depends on pipe diameter and available underbody space.

• 2.5" ID inlet and outlet—measure your pipes before purchase
• Overall length 17" with 13" body length for compact installations
• Install by exhaust clamp or welding for a permanent join
• Check hanger positions and clearance to avoid contact

What materials and construction features increase durability?

This muffler uses aluminized steel and an engineered internal partition system to resist corrosion and tolerate heat cycles. The internal drainage feature prevents moisture buildup, while factory-style welds and partitioning help control expansion and contraction over time.

• Aluminized-steel exterior resists corrosion better than plain steel
• Internal drainage prevents trapped moisture and rust
• Partition walls reduce deformation from thermal expansion
• Welded structure enhances stability and service life

What are the exact dimensions and performance details?

Floshine FH8C25C25 is sized for practical performance upgrades without excessive bulk. Its dimensions are tailored to fit many factory locations while offering a refined exhaust tone.

• Inlet (ID): 2.5" — Outlet (ID): 2.5"
• Body Length: 13" — Overall Length: 17"
• Body Height: 4" — Body Width: 10"
• Engineered to balance noise reduction and exhaust flow

Who is this for: The Floshine FH8C25C25 suits DIY mechanics, performance hobbyists, and technicians looking for a universal, compact muffler that lowers cabin and exterior resonance without sacrificing flow. It’s ideal for vehicles using 2.5" exhaust piping where a durable, quiet replacement or upgrade is needed and where simple clamp or weld installation is preferred.
