Fluid Film FFSG Spray Gun Applicator Kit Quart Non-Aerosol Undercoating — Adjustable Nozzle, 175 PSI

Fluid Film FFSG Spray Gun Applicator Kit is a professional-grade, quart-sized non-aerosol undercoating system that delivers controlled, low-pressure application for rust protection and underbody coverage.

The FFSG kit converts Fluid Film NAS into a hand-held spray system that makes rustproofing, seam filling, and undercarriage coating faster and less messy than brushes or aerosols. Built to accept quart bottles of Fluid Film, the kit gives you adjustable flow, two flexible wand options, and a gun rated to 175 PSI so you can reach tight spots and inside seams with consistent coverage.

How does the FFSG kit improve undercoating over brushes or aerosols?

The spray gun delivers an even, controllable wet film that penetrates seams and cavities better than brushing and avoids the overspray and propellant issues of aerosols. The adjustable nozzle and two wand lengths let you tailor the flow and reach for each application, conserving product and reducing waste.

• Quart reservoir fits Fluid Film NAS for non-aerosol application
• Adjustable nozzle for precise flow control and reduced drips
• Two flexible wands (15" and 22" 360°) reach wheel wells and frame cavities
• Low-pressure 175 PSI gun ensures steady atomization without excessive blowback

What parts are included and what are their main uses?

The kit is a compact system that includes a sealed quart bottle, the spray gun, an adjustable nozzle, a 15" flexible wand for close access, and a 22" flexible 360° spray wand for deep cavities. Each component is purpose-built to speed application and make coverage more uniform in hard-to-reach areas.

• Quart-sized bottle: holds Fluid Film NAS for continuous work sessions
• Spray gun: ergonomic control and compatibility with standard air compressors up to 175 PSI
• Adjustable nozzle: sets pattern from narrow to wide for different surfaces
• 15" wand: detail work near panels and edges
• 22" 360° wand: coats inner cavities, frame rails, and underbody voids

What equipment and setup are required to use the FFSG kit safely and effectively?

Pair the FFSG gun with an air compressor capable of delivering the recommended pressure (up to 175 PSI at the gun inlet). Prepare surfaces by cleaning loose rust and contaminants, and follow manufacturer guidance for ventilation and PPE. Routine maintenance—checking seals and cleaning the nozzle—keeps spray performance consistent.

• Air compressor with appropriate fittings and pressure control
• Basic PPE: gloves, eye protection, and respirator if needed
• Surface prep: degrease and remove loose corrosion before coating
• Clean nozzle and wand after use to prevent clogging

Who is this for? The Fluid Film FFSG Spray Gun Applicator Kit is aimed at DIY mechanics, restoration shops, fleet maintenance teams, and detailers who prefer Fluid Film NAS but want the speed, precision, and reach of a spray system. It’s especially useful for anyone who needs to treat seams, frame rails, and hidden cavities efficiently and with professional results, while maintaining the non-aerosol benefits of Fluid Film.
