How quickly will I see stain removal results?

Results are immediate in most cases: apply, gently agitate, and blot. The formula is engineered to break down common household soils on contact, so you typically don’t need to rinse, vacuum, or wait extended periods to evaluate success.

• Apply directly to the stain area for instant action
• Light fingertip agitation helps the product penetrate fibers
• Blot with an absorbent cloth—no rinsing required

Is FOLEX safe to use around pets and children?

FOLEX is made in the USA and designed to be non‑toxic and non‑irritating when used according to directions. It’s formulated for household safety, but treated areas should be allowed to dry and any residue blotted away before pets or children contact the spot.

• Non‑toxic ingredients reduce risk during routine use
• Safe on colorfast materials that tolerate water
• Follow label directions for safe application and drying

Which surfaces and stains can this gallon refill handle?

This concentrate works on colorfast carpeting, area rugs, upholstery, and many washable garments. It is effective against a wide range of stains including pet accidents, food and drink spills, grease and oil, ink, blood, rust, cosmetics, and general grime.

• Ideal for carpets, rugs, sofas, and fabric chairs
• Tackles organic and oily stains such as wine, coffee, and grease
• Not intended for non‑colorfast textiles or delicate finishes—test a hidden area first

How should I apply and store the gallon refill?

For spot treatment, pour a small amount onto the stain, work gently with your fingertips or a soft brush, and blot with a clean absorbent cloth until the stain lifts. Store the unopened gallon in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and securely reseal after use to preserve effectiveness.

• Use sparingly—small amounts cover many stains
• Always perform a colorfastness test in an inconspicuous spot
• Keep container tightly closed and out of reach of children
