Formula 1 Tire Wax Gel 10 oz — Long-Lasting Tire Shine, Water-Resistant Wet Look with Foam Applicator

Formula 1 Tire Wax is a thick, water-resistant 10 oz gel that restores black rubber, delivers a high-gloss wet look, and includes a foam applicator for controlled, drip-free application.

If your tires and exterior trim have faded, this concentrated gel brings back a deep black finish while resisting rain and wash-off. The formula is designed to cling to vertical surfaces, reduce sling, and provide weeks of enhanced appearance when applied correctly. It also works on vinyl and plastic trim, making it a handy multipurpose detailer for cars, trucks, and motorcycles.

How quickly will I see results after applying the gel?

You’ll notice a darker, glossier finish within minutes of application. Let the gel penetrate briefly, then buff for an even sheen. Results depend on surface condition and prep: cleaner, dryer rubber takes on color and shine faster.

• Visible blackening and gloss within minutes
• Quick buffing yields uniform shine
• Better results on pre-cleaned, dry surfaces

Will the formula stay on through rain and car washes?

This gel is formulated to resist water and minimize sling, so it lasts longer than typical quick-spray dressings. While it stands up to light rain and occasional washing, longevity will vary with driving conditions and how often wheels are cleaned.

• Thick gel consistency reduces drips and sling
• Water-resistant to hold through light rain
• Best durability when allowed to cure and not immediately driven in heavy rain

Can I use it on parts besides tires?

Yes. The gel is suitable for vinyl, rubber, and many plastic trims, restoring a uniform black appearance. Avoid painted surfaces or textured plastics where a glossy finish isn’t desired; always spot-test hidden areas first.

• Safe for sidewall rubber, bumpers, and mirror housings
• Restores faded vinyl and plastic trim
• Test first on sensitive or decorative finishes

How do I apply the product for best coverage and minimal mess?

The screw-top stores a foam applicator for precise spreading—press a small amount onto the sponge, work it in circular motions, and let it penetrate briefly before buffing with a clean cloth. Avoid over-application to prevent sling on the tire tread and surrounding surfaces.

• Use the included foam applicator for controlled application
• Apply a thin layer, wait 1–2 minutes, then buff
• Wipe excess off tread to prevent sling

Who is this for: Formula 1 Tire Wax is aimed at car owners and detailers who want a dependable, long-lasting wet-look finish for tires and black trim without frequent reapplication. It’s a practical choice for weekend detailers, professional car washers, and motorcycle owners who need a non-runny gel that clings to vertical surfaces. If you prefer a high-gloss appearance, want to protect rubber from UV fading, and appreciate an included applicator for clean work, this product fits those needs.
